Haha yes! My kids are old enough to not chase anymore but I remember those days well.
It's certainly harder with non carnivores in the house. I'd be even more so if my wife was also carnivore but she's not so I occasionally break from it.
I was vegan for a year about 9 years ago and felt great but got really thin so reintroduced meat. I have no issues with it though. People should do what works best for their body.

I'm 90-95% carnivore, workout every other day with x3 bands and take long walks on the off days. That's worked very well for me.

I should have specified that. Although people from dozens of countries use NostrGram, about 50% are in the USA/Canada. That's enough to demonstrate the "business hours" impact.

The usage numbers of NostrGram are significantly lower on the weekends (by about 20%). Maximum use is during the week during business hours.

This demonstrates how a lot of people feel about their fiat-mining jobs (and rightfully so). If people were inspired by their work or properly remunerated for it rather than being wage-slaves to the corrupt fiat system I bet I'd see the opposite effect in the numbers.
Just pushed a NostrGram update that fixes a couple of issues with Bulk Zap and also prevents the unusual notifications from showing up in Amethyst.

An Enter (newline) in between the hashtag and the URL should work fine in all clients I'm aware of. It doesn't have to be a space.
Media uploads are fine. You need to put a space between the hastag and the url or it can't parse it out.
FYI to everyone in this thread. I'm testing to figure out why a few of the ⚡ are throwing errors, so you're all going to get a bunch of 1 sat zaps. Spend it wisely. 😆

It's mobile friendly. I strongly suggest you use a browser that supports Nip07 extensions though. I use Kiwi with Alby so I have a secure login plus ⚡ capability.
