Then I wake up and continue my journey...
Comfortable life, pleasure, eating tasty food, and resting will not remain in my memories.

Not eating for 28 days. Is it possible? What will happen? Is it good or bad for health?
I've done many water fasts in the past. The last one was 21 days, and it had very good effects on everything. I lost 14 kg (30 lbs) in 3 weeks and doubled my testosterone.
This time, I'll fast for 28 days. Will work out in the gym every day for 30 minutes. Will walk 10k steps daily minimum. Will film lots of videos and assemble a short documentary and a guide on fasting.

48 hours. The day was interesting. Was lifting weights, swimming, taking sun baths, doing business, writing, filming. Was drinking cold salty water with drops of lemon and ACV several times.
At 48 hours, my ketones were at 0.7 mmol/l. Yesterday, before the sleep, I took 10 tablets of Senna to empty my GI tract.
Today, I was 92.2 kg. Dropped 1.4 kg in the toilet (became 90.8 kg). Did the blood tests. Did the 30 min workout. Was drinking water with lemon, ACV, and Himalayan salt. When you're following a diet, you're limiting yourself. There are things you want to eat, but you don’t allow yourself to. You try to force this diet into your life, convincing yourself it’s for your health. But the body doesn’t work that way — it craves what it thinks is good.
The key is to understand which foods are best and to eat those. When you choose the best foods, you won't want anything less. Pick a few foods that fully meet your body's needs and stick with them.
I don't limit myself. I can eat anything. But I choose to eat only the best foods, like beef, eggs, cheese, and fish.
It's always chaos versus order. Everything we do and everything we want boils down to this. If you can create enough order to outweigh the chaos that opposes you, you will succeed and get what you want. 
Most ideas are put into our minds intentionally. They benefit their creators, not us. Have you explored personally whatever you think you know?
If you want to take over a farm, you don't go and fight, trying to win over each ship in the herd individually, you just buy the farm. The system was designed this way intentionally, by the people who had money...
Some people were skeptical about fasting, saying it's not some kind of miracle.
Anything can be ordinary or life-changing. Take lifting weights, for example — nothing special, not a miracle. But for a weak, lazy person, lifting weights over time can be life-changing, a miracle.
Eating real food may not seem like a miracle. But for someone poisoned by artificial junk food, it can be a life-changing miracle.
Fasting is the same. For me, it was a life-changing miracle, and it helped me discover more about myself.
It's up to you how you use tools. Some people create masterpieces with ordinary ones.
I have been writing on X for 1.5 years. I started it as a diary, writing my thoughts and talking to myself. During this time, I've progressed and changed a lot. It's been quite an experience.
The only challenge was the lack of engagement. But if you enjoy the process, are excited about writing, and discovering yourself and the world, you just keep going.

It is really sad when food is the most exciting source of pleasure in your life.
When I was a teenager, I loved playing Warcraft. I would build my base, set up all the necessary defenses, and only after everything was secure and I felt at peace, would I start building an army to launch an attack.
One day, a friend came over to play against me. We started the game, and within a minute, he attacked and destroyed my base. Curious about what had happened, I began researching, which led me to discover the world of competitive Warcraft.
When I first watched a match from the world championship finals, I was stunned. As soon as the game started, the players would take whatever resources they had and go on the offensive, attacking each other right away. They didn’t even bother building a base. As I grew older and began to understand how the world works, it made sense.
In this chaotic world, if you try to build everything perfectly, to feel comfortable, to have peace of mind, and wait for the perfect moment before pursuing your goals, you’ll never succeed.

The first thing that will significantly help to make fasting less stressful is to avoid carbohydrates. The fewer carbs you eat, the easier it will be to fast.
As I don't eat carbs at all, it is easy for me.
Start avoiding carbs for several days before you start fasting.

We all know that advertisements are created for one purpose — to make a profit. Yet somehow, we watch them and subconsciously believe them. Take healthy food, for example. Search for it, and you'll be bombarded with images of vegetables, fruits, and grains. But why? Have you ever thought about it? This is information being pushed on us, it's propaganda, it's advertising.
There are vested interests spending billions to make this our reality. But somehow, we perceive it as true information. This reveals a significant problem of conflicting interests.
Let's consider an example. We all know that companies that attract more customers, sell more products, and are more profitable become more powerful, while others go bankrupt. Now, imagine two companies: one that does whatever it takes to attract the most customers and maximize profits, and another that genuinely prioritizes the well-being of its customers.
What can the first company do? It can create a simple, cheap product and make it desirable to customers by using the fastest and most cost-effective methods, like adding artificial ingredients. Then, it promotes a reality where its product is seen as healthy and good, while demonizing the competition. It makes the product as addictive as possible, influencing customers’ ability to think and choose freely, and ensuring they become dependent on the product.
Meanwhile, the second company strives to make the best possible product for the customer, which requires more time, resources, and results in a higher cost. It won't be addictive, and with lower profits, there won’t be enough money for aggressive advertising.
Consequently, the first company becomes profitable and powerful, while the second one disappears.
This is exactly what happens. This is the state of our world today. "Natural selection" has occurred, and only companies like the first one have survived. They continue to distort our reality to increase their profits even more.
The next time you receive "free" information, ask yourself why people are spending time and money to give you this advice.
The next time you think you know something, consider where that knowledge came from.
Only by analyzing opposing views, considering incentives, and trying things for ourselves can we reach a firm understanding of reality...
