As a millenial I find it cool

Given the paranoia around nip-04 and the metadata it leaks, are many nostriches willing to hide their followlist? Is it a thing? Seems like kind3 are rarely resolved for many nostriches.

#asknostr

Good question, what are telegram revenues and how does it justifies a 30 billions valuation, I don’t know, I don’t use the app even, does it has a paying options? Ads?

lol, I don't think he is antisemistic btw. I do see his art being highly triggering, but not racist, exactly the contrary

Stop selling Nostr as a decentralized, censorship resistant alternative to other social platforms.

Nostr is awesome because it's weird.

There is no tone to match, no algorythm to please, it's not woke, it's not based, no one is coming to save you, you can just post to the void and be yourself.

Every single Bitcoin bears I meet are just Bitcoin bull hoping for a cheaper entry

a British is always one or the other, there is no middle ground

Maybe a top signal, but I've never been as bullish on Bitcoin as I am now

you're doing great nostr:nprofile1qqsqa6p85dhghvx0cjpu7xrj0qgc939pd3v2ew36uttmz40qxu8f8wq8vdeta

It’s a word that we all use to describe different things, seems to have a different meaning for everyone, trying to define it is a never ending process. But it’s great to have anyone perspective on it

Recent times feels like a monopoly board games that lasted for too long.

The one running the bank own all the streets, begs his friends to take another loan to play another round, make some rules up to spice things up, give the illusion that the game is still on.

Eventually the friends call it a day and leave the table.

This is what Bitcoin and Nostr are. It is not a revolution, it's an exile. You can call it a day and leave the table if you want.

Nostr is the new world

Remember Solana?

The intersection of AI and 3D printing is super wild.

You can generate 3D mesh from 2D pictures. I tried it for a pair of glasses, using those 3D software is incredibly hard right now, but it seems AI might be a huge enabler here.

The goal is to print glasses that will fit my head perfectly from a face ID scan.

It might just be a fiat glitch really.

For some company it is very easy to contract huge amount of debt, the kind of debt individuals can't even dream about.

If you can just take on so much debt so easily and buy a hard asset with it. Why not do it.

Treasury companies looks like a joke but so is the financial system, it might just be an inevitable step in Bitcoin adoption.

Before state themselves realise they can take infinite amount of debt and buy a hard asset with it.

I'm impressed by the amount of nostr cashu wallet that have been setup by my fellow nostriches

Or an umbrel yes.

Could probably be an umbrel app too.

But having it even more specialized, and with no other action required than just plug and play.

Offchain Luxembourg is onboarding business, mostly bars and restaurants to Bitcoin. Just giving them a box and being fully onboarded to Bitcoin and Nostr would be a great selling point.

You just simplify your selling speach even further. Just plug the thing, go to lifebox.local, and manage your card if you are a restaurant, your video content if you are a youtuber. Set a domain or subdomain for you content and that's it.

Exposing your app to the outside world on start9 and Umbrel requires you to know a thing or two. Here you would just need to tell your name and here you go, like a myspace, but in your home.

A great business model for Nostr would be to sell boxes. You just plug it into your wall, you get a full featured blossom server and nostr relay.

You access a UI on your local network and manage your photo library, music, videos. Some of them are private some are publicly available, some are restricted to a group of npubs, hell some are behind a paywall !

You can also navigate the nostrverse, have private DMs and so on, via your favourite Nostr client, or one that comes with the box.

You can expose your blossom and relay via your own domain or a subdomain from the company selling the box.

Everyone has its own relay running and nostr becomes your cloud and your digital identity.

I'm sure this would sell like hot cakes, call it lifebox or smth. Any content creator would love having their digital identity in their home. It's a strong signal for censorship resistence and taking full control of your digital content and identity.

Having your own relay also fix the lack of privacy for NIP-04 DMs, if read access for kind 4 events are restricted to you.
