TLDR - Putin had to choose between waiting for the US to improve their positions against Russia until _they_ are confident enough to attack in one way or another, or draw a red line and enforce it. I am running it on a 6a and have never had issues with file manager, or any app really, loading slow. Some apps don't work at all cause I chose not to install google play services but that's it. Worth troubleshooting further.
