The powers that shouldn't be want worldwide control. To get it, they invent problems that they say require worldwide control to fix. They are not just betting on 'global warming', they have more success with 'pandemic prevention'.

The scariest one would be WW3 and a follow up with a new iteration of UN on steroids. I for one will not fight for any government in any war they declare no matter what.

Europe has been one of the most democratic places on Earth in the past and a great place to be, but the EU is a totalitarian nightmare for sure.

At the current stage of human development, capitalism is worse than communism, just takes much longer to reach the dystopian stage.

As much as having money helps make more money, it is inherent to capitalism that the rich will get richer. This eventually leads to where we are now - a tiny group of people owning more than the vast, vast majority of us put together. And those people want to enslave us in any way they can. They want full control, much like with communism, minus any pretense for equal distribution and care for the people typical for communist countries.

My point is that no social order is a solution in itself without a population demanding freedom. And if you have a population demanding freedom, the social order becomes largely irrelevant. Capitalism is the rule of the capital, freedom is where no ism rules. People extolling capitalism vs communism are just stuck fighting the original cold war. The two are a fake dichotomy, effectively asking us how we want to be ruled, not weather we want to be ruled.

I am not keen on preemptively muting people, no matter what the 'source of truth' is. If an npub becomes annoying it is easy enough to mute them there and then. The ones that would be nice to mute in advance e.g. the reply bots cannot be muted like this cause they just spawn a new key every time.

Haven't watched the video fully yet, but it is interesting so far: Chloride dioxide is apparently a rather effective killer of bacteria and viruses with practically no side effects on humans. It fully dissolves in water, yet according to chatGPT, when chlorinating water they use pure chlorine, bleach or similar but not chlorine dioxide.

Chlorine dioxide is cheap and reportedly extensively used in African countries to treat bacterial and viral infections with great success.

Exactly. I recently did a talk on money and bitcoin to an audience of about 20 ppl. I expected some would arguing with me, others would get enthusiastic but the overwhelming response to realising the system we have grown up in is a slave trap was stunned silence. I hope it was useful and at least some took action.

Isn't citrine a relay, meaning you would still need primal or another nostr client on top of citrine?

When I looked into running my own relay I was only considering stuff which can run on a VPS host. Running it locally on the phone means increased battery and storage usage and reduced uptime overall, as I often put my phone in flight mode or switch it off.

What relay do you run?

If I can configure a relay to pull all content for my followed npubs and push all my notes etc to my chosen set of relays I would definitely run one. I could then configure my clients to only talk to my relay if I wanted to.
