I was into fantasy/ magic stuff as a kid, so I would make 'potions' out of mud and weeds. It seems appropriate that I am now into herbalism and foraging.

Does anyone have any good sources of info on #Shungite for EMF protection? I keep hearing Billy Bond talk about it on the permaculture pimpcast. Do you have experience with it?
I am skeptical that it would protect from anything other than what hits it directly, although it conducts electricity, so maybe it is useful in contact with the body.
I feel better when I'm away from the city, I suspect emf, WiFi, ect plays a role in this.
