In principle, no.

It's especially painful on computer equipment.

Any advice? How do all these American bitcoin nomads do it? nostr:note1jyx0azetxqtfdevuupz252tcn98vmsasyqaxsn7td0zsdcq5u7lsm0n6y6

WTF is going on with the US and neo-banks? It's basically impossible to open or operate a business account with Wise or Revolut at the moment.

The first lures you in, only to tell you that they do not offer any type of cards, digital or physical, debit or credit, to US accounts -- after the account is created. The second doesn't even let you open the account, they put you on a waiting list.

How the fuck do Americans with an international life operate?

Yes. The blind man can feel the heat of light on his skin - it's radiation coming from a star across 150 M km of empty space. It exists.

No. A scared man cannot perceive his soul because it isn't there. He will perceive several chemical signals produced by his brain and other organs as a response to whatever is making him scared. Because the chemicals are real, and so is his body.

My brother in sats, have you even tried to trade 0.1 BTC in one single P2P transaction?

That only affects people's ability to convey the information. It doesn't change the fact that you can measure light because it exists, and you can't measure a soul because it doesn't.

You're discussing terminology because that's your "winning argument" for mysticism -- you already said it earlier, it's just "useful words". I simply refuse to give it any validity by playing such infantile game.

The fact remains that there are no ghosts, spirits, souls, gods or any other supernatural phenomena.

Coracle does that for sure. I supposedly post to 20 relays, and it always says 2 to 8 or 10 tops. That said, a good chunk of the notes I post there are missing from Damus and vice versa, although in theory I'm using the same relays.

Colors are real, they are light within certain frequency ranges in the visible spectrum. The names different cultures give to different colors are anecdotal. They are still a physical measurable phenomenon.

Spirits, ghosts, gods, "energy" and all that stuff aren't real.

I don't know where you live, but in Spain the UBI is conceptualized and sold to the masses as an ADDITIONAL handout, never a replacement for State-run "services".

It's the next logic step for the government junkies after decades of addiction and increased tolerance to the shit they shoot themselves. When there are no services left to be provided by the government, they can only take it up a notch and give you money directly.

If you're still referring to the UBI, that's not helping the poor. It's degrading and diminishing, and it only helps government bureaucrats and their cronies, not the poor. That's why I oppose it.

People find work degrading and useless because the State has completely destroyed markets and the economy. No measure proposing that the government does anything can possible fix anything, ever. Remove the government from whatever you want to fix, and it will get fixed.

You know who used to receive an UBI? Slaves. They didn't need to worry about housing, clothing and security services. They were fed and kept alive. They didn't need to worry about owning anything either. The master provided and knew better what they really "needed".

Another feature I've always wished existed is the ability to jointly own a post or note. That is, that whoever first posts it, can add other users as editors/owners, so they can modify the note too. Following this line of thought, the "Show original" button could actually be a "Show version" button, like you have when you share a document on Google Docs and such. Maybe this one requires a dedicated type of event or/and client, of course.
