Oh... Looks nice!
But then I won’t understand how it works. I think I need to take the pain and start from ground zero
Installing GrapheneOS on Pixel was extremely smooth/easy (way easier than trying to get a custom rom on Samsung, for example). After installing just watch a couple YouTube videos on best apps and settings to use.
Then... Feel a lot better knowing that you are more secure and not leaking tons of private info.
Currently this is the best/happiest I've been with my phone setup since I had cyanogenmod on the galaxy s8.
*Make sure you don't get an OEM locked pixel! (not verizon)
This guy (probably here somewhere) has a bunch of useful videos:
Same here. 😅 Did you make thermite as well? My mother threw out my printed copy of the anarchist cookbook more than once. Was all kinds of stuff in there.
Haven't tried Calyx yet but GrapheneOS is great!

Well apparently my global feed is not as interesting as y'alls or maybe I'm just not paying much attention to it. I rarely look at it to be honest.
In any case, in my humble opinion maybe an optional filter on by default. Or... maybe the "prompt during setup" idea then optional filter off until turned on later is a better option.
This is a tricky one actually. (slippery slope, so to speak)
Reminds me of the first time I went abroad and saw a women's breasts on television in a public restaurant(Spain). I looked around and noticed the other people didn't care and so began to realize that I had been brainwashed to believe that the human body is evil🙄.
What a presumptuous, dismissive, ridiculous, meritless (likely flat out false, and most likely the complete opposite) statement.
I fixed it for you...
Most of the vocal pro-ordinals crowd are new to Bitcoin (<5 years), it's not their fault but they do not understand Bitcoin or are willing to actively harm the network due to their own ignorance, greed or malfeasance. (See what I mean?)
Next you guys will be calling for bigger block sizes again :/
In any case, if this leads to more people using layer two (LN), more diversification of mining, and eventually the free market wins out then maybe it will be a net positive in the end. I don't have to like it though. It's prematurely raising transaction fees due to pure shit being minted on the network and at these prices, will negatively affect the majority of people who use the network and discourage the onboarding of new users.
Been around since 2011, by the way.
This is a false equivalency.
You can scale on layer two without having this shit congesting layer one.
They are not mutually exclusive.
I was thinking that when next quarter's revenue numbers for mining companies are released they are going to be able to show a massive income spike across the board.
Since we know this now and mining companies stock prices are depressed would it not be plausible to deploy shitty fiat into mining stocks now, wait for Q2 numbers to be released, watch the laggards pile in and then cut, run and buy Bitcoin with the profits?
Or am I just being stupid?
I realize I am suggesting playing in the fiat clown show but as a thought experiment I'm wondering where I am wrong.

My mining stocks are up 200% but I got in at the bottom a few months ago. Still, I think your strategy would work as this doesn't appear to be priced in yet. Might not stay that way for long though.
"Mentally decouple" from the original purpose of bitcoin (think white paper)?
I hope this is resolved one way or another or the people bitcoin is meant to save will suffer (poor, middle class, developing nations etc...) and much work, that has already been done, could be for nought.
I view this as a poison/sickness in the system. A perversion, so to speak. At current transaction fees (because of ordinals and subsequently BRCs) it's already too expensive for many use cases and even getting btc on and off the LN will be an issue moving forward. A street vendor in Guatemala (for example) is not going to use bitcoin if the cost of the transaction is more than the cost of what they are selling.
Even Satoshi recognized this problem way back when bitDNS tried to incorporate Domain Name services into Bitcoin

I second this message. Great job!!!
So if I do an anonymous zap for 5k it will put marketplace in the lead? Doesn't seem like the best way to do it but I want to win😂. If that is the case, maybe it needs to be addressed. 1 vote per zap seems correct to me.
How did private group chats just jump to 1.3k? If someone paid more is their vote rated higher or was my phone just slow to update the results? Not really fair if someone can have higher voting power.
