One of the best steaks I’ve had in a very long time: prime strip with Stilton

Yeah, I was leaning that way too. Meh, letting it warm up in the counter for a bit and decide. Probably just fire up the Weber, less mess and no odor throughout the house this late.

Found a good looking prime strip. Question is do I cast iron in butter thyme and garlic or fire the Weber back up….🤔

Not very fond of their meat. Mariano’s and Whole Foods are my go to.

Needed something quick and easy so I fired up the Weber for some charred Vienna franks earlier. About out of vodka so perhaps I’ll grab some meat while at jewels
