I love the farmers protesting over-regulation, taxes, idiotic green policies, and government overreach into personal property, but they also seem to want some taxpayer funded handouts, with which I don't agree.
So many things in the world are treated as black and white, for and against, but most things are shades of gray. Very few things/people are 100% bad or 100% good and we need to be open to the truth instead of just picking a side. I try to always see the truth and be true to my principles.
If someone, that I usually disagree with and think usually acts in an evil manner, does something good, I will praise them for the good they did. If someone, that I usually agree with and who I think usually acts in a good and honest manner, does something bad/evil/foolish, I will speak against that action. I wish more people would look at the world this way. Most people pick a side and then defend it to the death even when some of the stuff, their side does, is contrary to their beliefs and their good.
The Federal Reserve creates dollars through debt. Every dollar in existence equates to debt owed, but since the borrower owes the debt principle plus interest, there is not enough money in existence to pay back all of the debt plus interest. Therefore the total wealth of the planet is slowly being transferred to the banks, in general, and the Fed, in particular. Has there ever been a bigger scam?
One more reason to stack Bitcoin.

Laugh at them. They like giving you a hard time when they can tell it bothers you. When they say something ridiculous and you laugh at them, they can't stand it and will leave you alone.
It is true, that it is easier to flee with your wealth if you don't own property, but you are more resilient and less likely to need to flee if you own your own your property, especially if the property is paid off and especially if you are using your property for productive means like gardening, raising animals, business, etc. It also helps if your property is away from the big cities and not in the more oppressive jurisdictions (states, counties, cities)
I'd rather not have to flee, but if things get bad enough, I can still flee and leave my property behind.
I don't know if it answers your question, but this related fact might tell something.
Most people are right handed. The custom of shaking hands with the right hand was because if you were using your dominant hand you could stab a person while shaking hands. A left handed person could; however, could shake hands and stab with a knife or sword. That would be kind of "sinister".
Since most people are right handed, they are more dexterous with their right hand.
Colorado got totally ruined due to Californians moving in. Californians are trying to do the same with Texas. Although I know a few Californians who escaped before being corrupted, the average Californian is like a plague of locusts. They move into a state, vote for tyranny, taxes, and handouts, drain the state dry, and then move on to the next state. Somehow they never figure out that it is their views and their votes that ruins each state in succession.
That's the way to do it. Too many coders rush out a mishmash of code that nobody but them can easily decipher. Maybe they think it is job insurance, but someone like you would be my essential coder.
I use a homemade armpit spray with magnesium oil, Sovereign Silver, and some essential oils (Things like tea tree and lavender are antibacterial. Oils like Frankincense, sandalwood, and myrrh have a nice smell). You could try that.
Working on getting a balanced gut bacteria with pro- and pre-biotics might also help. You might have a micro-biome imbalance.
Love the dual function.
Insurance profits most when there is high fear of the insured thing, but low actual chance of it happening. They thrive on fear or government mandates.
I say that my son is me, but more.
I was reading a book about Leonardo Da Vinci with my son as part of homeschooling him. It ends up that nobody thought too much about he Mona Lisa until was stolen. When they found out it was stolen, there was tons of news and when it was returned to the Louvre, it was suddenly super popular. If it was never stolen, it may have never become the famous painting it now is. It probably would've remained one of many nice paintings by Da Vinci.
I wasn't going to post this on NOSTR because the majority of people on NOSTR aren't political, but I had a thought that might be useful at the end of this post.
I'm not a Trump fan, but there are so many people calling Trump a tyrant and saying Trump will end Democracy, but when the party proposes skipping the months of state primary elections and wants to make him the presumptive nominee, Trump tells them "No.". That doesn't sound like a tyrant or someone who will end democracy.
Of course he does have other faults. It really irritates me that the left is constantly telling lies about Trump. I hate lies, so I end up defending Trump. I have real problems with Trump so I'd rather spend time pointing out his actual faults, but I end up defending him against lies. Is that intentional???
A similar thing happened with Kavanaugh. During his appointment hearings, so many lies were told, that I ended up defending him even though I didn't trust him and actually didn't want him to be confirmed due to my concerns.

The Federal government makes a big deal when they have budget problems and threatens government shutdown. The best thing they could do is shut down. The harm they do is so much greater any good they do.
I'd like to see Texas arrest some Federales for destroying Texas property when they cut down the razor wire.
I've already picked out the states I'd like to secede and become a new republic.
Montana, Idaho, North & South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, & Texas. That would make a darned good nation. It would be liberty friendly and produce plenty of food, energy, and even Tech. Texas has ports that make trade easier.
In reality the sound bite viewpoint is almost always wrong. The truth is usually more complicated than a soundbite or a slogan.
Another inspiring quote from Calvin's Institutes Chapter XVI, Section 1:
"The name of Jesus is not only light but also food; it is also oil, without which all food of the soul is dry; it is salt, without whose seasoning whatever is set before us in insipid; finally, it is honey in the mouth, melody in the ear, rejoicing in the heart, and at the same time medicine. Every discourse in which His name is not spoken is without savor."
