I don’t understand why people would pay this much to eat crap.
You know what matters most in life? Your relationships and experiences. I don’t think I have ever met anyone who understands this better than Jeff Booth and his family. What a wonderful time we have had with them this week 🫶

Paddle boarding in Canada just hits different than in Hawaii.
I’m calling it, the loser of tonight’s debate was….me for giving it one ounce of my attention.
Thanks Hodl. It definitely feels more meaningful than any academic or career successes I have had.
4 babies, 4 dogs, 6 houses, 3 dental practices, 3 different states, a ridiculous amount of laughs & adventures, 27 years together and today makes 26 years of wedded bliss with the best plus one ever. I’m a lucky, lucky girl.

One of the most pleasant surprises of my bitcoin journey is how many internet strangers have not just become my friends, but they genuinely have become like family 🥹
Hauk tuah added to my vocabulary today ✅
Oh yeah I agree with the tubs. There is a cast iron one in one of the other bathrooms and it’s a tank.
We are the contractors and have bitten off a lot with this one 😳
I've lost almost 30 lbs by fasting, moving, and avoiding processed crap, seed oils, and focusing on protein and healthy fats. I also eat veggies because I enjoy them and rice every now and again. I just wanted to interact with people on nostr when I first got here so decided to do the 30 day challenge and that was my catalyst
Oh that’s amazing. I always admire people who take responsibility of their health into their own hands. Congrats and followed.
We are renovating an almost 60 year old bathroom in our house and time and time again as we are demoing I think “They don’t make things like they used too.” Cast iron pipes, dense wood in the framing, thick cement slabs and even the drywall is really hard. Exactly. The whole argument of slow metabolism or medical conditions are disproven by gastric bypass in my experience.
Over the years I had many patients who had “Tried every diet,” “Had a medical condition that made it impossible to lose weight” “Ate less than 1500 calories a day but still didn’t lose any weight” yet every one of them ended up losing massive amounts of weight after gastric bypass surgery.
It is the quality and amount of food you eat for 99% of people who are overweight.
