Did you have a calcium scan? My doctor only stopped pushing statins after my calcium scan came back as Zero: no build up so a statin was completely unnecessary.
Fasting isn’t a priority for me right now. I do 14 hrs 5-6 days a week, and eat fat before sweets, so I’m ok with my current state.

You may want to consider using matte gel medium instead. I’ve read ModPodge can leave a tacky feel (which can collect dust) and depending on how you print, maybe a thin foggy film.
You can print a smaller version and try ModPodge on half and matte gel medium on the other half. The design is close to symmetrical so you’d see how they each react to the colors and the monochrome areas.
