Give this yoga pose , Guru Pranam, a few minutes of your time before bed tonight and clear out the stress of your day.

Guru Pranam is a powerful chakra balancing exercise for our energy field.

For instructions on how to do it go to the link https://www.consciouslifestylemag.com/chakra-yoga-pose-balance/

It is a simple but incredibly transformative chakra yoga pose. The position is the body language of surrender, making the statement, both inwardly and outwardly, that “I bow and allow the flow of the divine.” By holding the head below the heart, we create an energetic message saying that we are allowing the heart to lead the way. We sweep the pathway clear for divinity to enter and create an invitation within ourselves to receive. We remind the mind to release its grip and let the deeper, quieter wisdom of the heart to shine.

What it looks like.

I was out “ harvesting “ spring water today . filled up a six pack

Of gallons 😁, and picked a bunch of watercress that grows by the spring. I am lucky that nobody else seems to know about watercress and doesn’t pick it!

Wired. Wifi disrupts your body’s immune system and gut. Sounds weird but its true. Found out the hard way. Follow @DrJackKruse on X (Twitter)

We have finished up our yoga and day 19 of the magic breath kriya, now its off to the park for a hike to let the world spin on its own for awhile.

IMO its not an attention game its controlling the narrative. Yes, don’t underestimate his ability to swing the narrative the way he wants it to go. Its a narrative war we are in. But personally I like that about him.

Save this for your afternoon mind break.

1. Sit cross legged on the floor or sit in a chair. Rest your hands in your lap like this with right hand on top of the left

Dhyana mudra

The Dhyana mudra is shared across several eastern meditation disciplines. The Buddha is often pictured doing this gesture. The significance of this mudra is to bring you into deeper, more profound concentration. This gesture can also help bring you tranquility and inner peace.

2. Close your eyes and take three slow breaths to set up your focus. Then on each exhale pucker your lips and whistle out the breath. Don’t worry if you make an actual whistle sound or not . Either way continue to make a long slow drawn out whistle breath with sound or just breath. Do this fir 5-10 min . To finish do a normal inhale and hold fir a count if 10 then exhale and enjoy the rest of your day.

You will be amazed at the way this clears out your thoughts and refreshes your mind.

…and you are welcome ☺️

Never underestimate the body’s natural abilities to thrive. However never underestimate how much your environment plays s role in that. The biggest factor is your LIGHT environment. If you are not taking care of your light biology your physical biology will disengage with you. Meaning: illness. You are made to operate according to natures design. https://twitter.com/bluelightdiet/status/1693632779500519867?s=46

Anything that makes a car move is good , let the free market decide what it likes. I personally dont like electric because it makes more harmful toxic environmental waste than what most think. Worse than oil or gas. . If the process gets improved with something like Tesla( the man)’s free energy idea thumbs up 👍

Yoga and meditation are decentralized joy and happiness because you learn to manage your own mind to have them.

What a delightful morning yoga on my deck today. Nice breeze and cooler temp. My meditation today was day 16 of my 42 day Kriya of doing the miracle breath. I love doing a Kriya every so often but if you miss a day you start over . A time tested way to develop great self habits like not giving up, being dedicated, moving through your resistance , plus allowing proper time to find your results from a method. #yoga #meditation #decentralizedjoy #mentalwealth

Good morning, Start today with a few minutes of chanting OM 🧘‍♀️

Symbolism of Om

While its symbol is recognized by most, much fewer actually know what the combination of curves, crescent, and dot, which make up Om’s visual representation, actually stand for.

Each aspect of the visual form of Om signifies a particular state of reality. The large lower curve marks the normal waking state (jāgrat). In this condition, the mind identifies with the physical body and perceives the world through the senses.

The upper curve indicates the unconscious state, or that of deep sleep (sushupti). This is a state of total unawareness, in which you are in a deep dreamless sleep, and you are withdrawn from both physical and mental activities.

The middle curve denotes the dream state (swapna). The dream state is in between the deep sleep and waking state, where a person explores the subconscious. Your consciousness is turned inwards, as your fears, hopes, and desires manifest themselves in an imaginary world.

The dot is a symbol of enlightenment (turiyā). In this state, a person becomes harmonized with the Absolute, recognizing that all of creation is made up of spirit and is united through that commonality. This state is beyond the mundane senses, and can only be achieved by associating with spiritual energy.

The crescent represents maya, which separates the three curves from the dot. Maya is the illusion that binds an individual soul to the material world. By chanting Om, one can transcend the three curves of material consciousness, and attain the dot of enlightenment. https://www.hinduamerican.org/blog/5-things-to-know-about-om
