Almost 5 days NO food!
Fast has ended at 118 hours or 4.916 days. My goal was 4 days and I hit that easily. So I thought I would try to extend to 5 days but within the last few hours I started having some craps or mild spasms and had a hint of a headache starting. This triggered me to break the fast just 2 hours short of 5 days. I'm super happy with this fast and really looking forward to a good sleep after my night shift.

Reducing inflammation is why I stopped eating sugars and carbs.
I have just as much energy as if I was eating so doesn't really affect me at all. Having said that I do work night shift at a community care home.
Dr Pradip Jamnadas and Dr Philip Ovidia are my two favorite doctors at the moment talking about high fat diets, staying as far away from processed foods as possible. Low carb diets and fasting for ketosis and autophagy.
