It's funny. I am in this orphaned political limbo between social traditionality, which may imply conservative, but I also know the system is deeply and possibly irreparably broken, which makes me sound like a liberal.
Where do I fit?
Because they are anti-human, not pro-planet. They don't care about anything but their power over others, and vaccines are a great avenue to exercise that power over us.
I am just 🤏 this far away from maxi, and what keeps me from it is that I don't pretend to know what Bitcoin will do or if it might be painted in bad enough light that it doesn't get adopted by my culture.
Worst case for Bitcoin is a gold-backed currency that does away with the FED, and that wouldn't be a bad alternative. It just needs to be run by the states, not the federal gov't.
I think conventional conservatives don't want to think something is wrong with the system, just that people are abusing it, and we need to just crack down on abuse to fix the economy. I take it you are like me. You know they're wrong.
Have you checked out the Cost of Thriving Index? That was to me the greatest summation of evidence that something is going terribly wrong since 1971, along with wtfhappenedin1971.com.

Public hanging. It used to be a thing, and I think it needs to be a thing again. Slow, methodical, with a cleric there to take confession before they go to die. Those who are convicted of possession of CP should be required to go to the hangings.
(I might support a hard labor sentence for something short of trafficking and direct abuse.)

That's right! And nuclear subs too. I forgot about that. The innovation would be commercial use and not military, which means it needs to be yet more reliable/low maintenance and cost efficient.
Excellent use case! No need for as much weight efficiency as with other transport applications, nor as space efficient. Plus, you'd be literally swimming in the needed coolant. Wake heat would be less of an issue than a stationary power plant's waste heat to local waters because of ever changing location and vast volume.
Just quickly read nip-98. Sounds like a reasonable solution to make content requests permissioned. Could also be great for linking accounts without deep Nostr integration (like a 'login with Nostr' on WordPress or some such function).

Why not just Nip?
Artificially giving protection against repercussions of words will attract low quality people and bring out the worst in them. Giving people a gamified space in which doing to/for others has natural rewards will breed goodness (on average).
