Years ago, there was a group where people learned development by helping each other build tools to scrape clothing sites like AliExpress. Their goal was to collect as many photos as possible of women in the review sections trying on clothes, along with the product gallery models showing them off. I would love to do OMAD and actually tried that for a while, but I definitely have a jump in cortisol with that schedule that I'm not sure is great for me, and it's hard for me to eat enough at one sitting. I think women have to be a bit more careful about that messing with our hormones, and in any case I probably will get more return from moving more in the carnivore direction (generally, the more carnivore I am, the better I feel).
