You're right, there are plenty of things I'm ignorant about in Latin American history. This isn't the best format to hash out 70 years of history and why you're nation is not considered an ally of western Europe or the US... but you're not. 🤷♂️

There's a reason why Latin America has remained 3rd world. It's not because they're considered allies.
Nations in a post WW2 world primarily fell into 1 of 2 camps, communist or fascist. Latin America became Marxist and allied with the USSR, which was a clear enemy of "the west."
Maybe why DNC is strangely quiet about their champion?

The woman that behaves in the way described is not a woman at all. She doesn't know her own value or self worth. She is just as broken and lost as the young man that chases her. Neither fulfilling their purpose. Both looking to the other to fill a void. In that sense, I agree. It's treating people and relationships like a drug to pacify the pain of a broken existence. I'm somewhere in between. love the homeland, but we're riding a wave of stupidity. Sometimes it's ok to evacuate during a storm. I was in Louisiana for Katrina, and I can tell you that it wasn't fun. The financial reckoning from an overreaching government and a populace that refuses to wake up feels like it will be similar but slow moving.
