What sound should a wallet / nostr client make when it receives sats?

Good morning. Once we better integrate Nostr Nests with Nostr, I suspect it's usage will drastically increase, especially once we integrate text chat and Zaps.

The last few nights we've been discussing different ways to monetize Nests so that it's able to pay for itself. Right now, it's fairly cheap to run Nests. As Nests grows in popularity, I'm suspecting this to cost several hundred dollars a month to run, if not much more.

We've discussed various solutions for this. Some of them are:

1) paying a Lightning invoice to start all Nests

2) free to start, pay after an hour

3) free for under 10 people, pay for larger Nests

What is fair? What are your thoughts? I appreciate all of your feedback.

I have 67k zaps in my wallet and I'm about to go through and zap 1k sats 67 times. Share your best posts or respond with a link so i can see them and I'll zap it. I want to reward the good stuff

Okay, Nostr. The Zappening was a good stress test. I don't think WoS went down. Did it? I didn't see any complaints and I didn't get any failures.

Is it correct to say that the most famous 25 relays are being basically DDoSed all the time while the other 900 relays are seeing very little traffic?

I see that paid relays are having problems.

I don't want a refund and I don't think anyone should ask, we're just starting out, everyone is learning.

I don't want to flex because LN.tips is a non-profit underground organization without a budget but according to their own data, we made more zaps per day than Wallet Of Satoshi 😂 You guys are so hard core!

Due to a fix of a serious malfunction in my brain, it's not necessary to do "/nostr add " in LightningTipBot anymore.

You can still do it to get a NIP-5 verification with your ln.tips address though.
