They already do this in many establishments in Asia. Often, when I pay with card, I'm told it'll be 2-5% more expensive.

Loved this Ben. Ienjoyed the city when I was younger but realised after a while they have no soul. Life out in small towns is so much more relaxed and a higher quality of life.
