No they just did a discectomy removing most of the damaged disc and sort of rebuilding another damaged one. They don't touch the bone.

The most effective way I've found to drain the lymphatic system is a vibration plate. Found this out on a carnivores YT channel who cured his neuropathy after 200lbs weight loss.
I kept on getting pain in the lymph nodes in my neck. Which reversed pretty rapidly. I also tried some lymph massaging which was mildly effective.
