I'm smashing it in the gym and averaging around 6.5k steps on top. Almost exclusively eating meat now (except a few berries here and there). Zero booze. 2kg dropped. Feelin' gud.

Am properly back into the habit now. Shorter walks over the last few days as I’ve been busy but still covered.
Today: Long walk and then functional training - ended and felt hungry for more but had other shit to do.
Plan is to be back in the gym daily now.
