ha. No way. I literally walked in from the butcher with a cut, marinated in chimichurri.

I do a sirloin roast smoked for 6 hours, shred it and slow cook in taco seasoning for 2 hours. I highly recommend. 6 lbs for 20 bucks makes 3 meals of tacos, quesadillas, and burritos ( and taco rice for my picky 9 yo)

Ok so I forgot because mine is white and in liquid state I don't remember it to be yellow. Maybe it's because I buy cheap super market meat/tallow.
