No, just that you do all your daily eating within a window (for example 8 hours)
I would try it out and make adjustments until you find something that works for you.
I think first meal around 4-5 hours after you get up and last meal around 3-4 hours before bed is good (works for me)
I remember never feeling like eating breakfast as a kid. But my parents made me since it was “the most important meal of the day” lol

Last meal by 8pm or earlier.
First meal by 12pm or later.
Sometimes that means I only eat between 1 and 7, sometimes 12 and 8
It’s cool, but can be difficult for many to get all the calories you need in one meal
