Not only expensive but rare. On Tuesday my local Costco had zero eggs.

Why did the runner join the music band?

To improve his tempo.

Today I started training for my June marathon after taking a Christmas break and sticking to Easy runs during January.

18 weeks to go.

11 miles with a mix of Easy, Marathon, and Threshold paces.

Looks like Google is shifting its focus to AI at the expense of Android.

From a business perspective, I understand the appeal of prioritizing AI development, but a mobile ecosystem with a single strong player is bad news for everyone.

I'm building a run tracker with the main features so far being:

1. Login with Nostr

2. Track your run

3. Share your run to Nostr

4. View/Zap/Comment Running related posts

The roadmap is

- NIP 60 e-cash wallet

- Wavlake music integration

- Rewards system

Its extremely rough around the edges, but I'll zap good feature requests, issues I'm not aware of (there are plenty) and general ideas about the direction of the app.

I’ll try it!

GM. Have you tried running Llama or another open source LLM locally? What’s the experience?

Interesting article on the positive implications of DeepSeek for the US.

Just like employers will need to renegotiate salaries down with employees every year (as opposed to employees negotiating salaries up), services will need to reasses their Bitcoin denominated prices regularly.

As it stands today, I'm grateful that I can afford to pay the Purple subscription and although it might seem pricy when seen in US dollars, I'm happy to support DIRECTLY a developer.

That's an interesting number. Based on nostr.band data, there are approximately 20,000 daily active users on Nostr. If we assume that 33% of those are using iOS, that would mean that roughly 10% of iOS users are Damus subscribers.

Because let's face it. How cool is to be subscriber #26?
