Anyone else find it hard to escape the fiat mindset? You grow up in a system that inflates your money away, and you feel the pressure to find the next “big thing” (e.g McDonalds, Apple, Amazon) so you can get rich and have money.
It can be hard to escape that mindset and be content with humbly stacking sats and knowing that if I continue saving on the Bitcoin Standard, I’ll be just fine and my family will be comfortable.
Still remember watching a movie (Netflix I think?) about your story and hoping from that day you’d be freed some day. Glad it happened and not too many years later.
Moving back into “town” soon and going to miss this view each morning! It’s what is best for my wife and kids though, and thankfully it’s still a small “no stop lights” kind of town
That’s awesome! My wife and I would also like to buy land and build a home in a few years, not as an investment, but to build a life. If BTC is going where we think it is, we have to trust we’ve saved for the future and not be afraid of other “assets”

Do you have a preferred method of consuming your content? I personally use YouTube, but very anti-Google and have long felt like I should give it up. Curious if Fountain is more aligned with Bitcoin ethos?
I have an older MAC I’m about to replace and was considering similar. I don’t know how to install or operate Linux, but at least Bitcoin only for running a node and no other uses
There are a lot of people who believe they cannot handle butter, but it’s the homogenization and pasteurization that causes issues. If you cook out the bacteria you need to help digiest it, you’ll have issues 😁
Raw dairy may not be the answer, but worth a shot perhaps
Have you tried raw butter if you can find it? Does all dairy cause issues, or more heavily pasteurized dairy?
Butter & tallow are all I use, so unfortunately no new suggestions for you.

Not-so-fun-fact: all our chickens were murdered by raccoons and/or a weasel.

Anyway, have a wonderful Friday night and pour one out for the chickens that were gone too soon.
