Alexandria already supports kind 0 tags, as does Amethyst.
There's no compatibility problem with having multiple NIP-05s, lightning addresses, websites, etc.
They purposefully make themselves look terrible in the before picture, to make the after seem more dramatic. And everyone just looks a bit bad, on camera, if they don't wear make-up, because of the lighting, the lenses, and the 2D.
You can use makeup to "change" your bone structure, but it works best in homeopathic doses, on camera, or from a distance. Once you get closer, IRL, people can see all of the contouring and the spackle and it looks terrible.
Yeah, it's performance art. A lot of the videos are from professional makeup artists for film or theatre.
