I was trying to re-create one of my #bigtech account to #nostr so i can put the npub key publicly on that account so maybe i could get people into nostr, but as i was digging more into nostr stuff i found myself in familiar experience with me having to pay for shit but this time its unknown shady developers who give you #verified nostr adresses and shit

I know that the best solution is if you host your own server and i want that, but also im in the middle of a lot of stuff (moving to new flat etc.) but until then even if i want to support great developers i still cant decide who and also their stuff only giving me just a fraction of stuff for a monthly fee, its like choosing from #streaming services, you need to pay to 10 different ones monthly to get the experience and you dont know whats gonna happen next month
