RN here.
99% of them have that mindset.
A jukebox feature that can be used at bars, house parties, etc. You can do the regular way or have a zap auction for the next song to be played. Could also open up the auction to outside parties (I could zap a Rick Roll as the next song at some particular event that has it open to me and/or the public). Could split the song zaps with the jukebox host and the song creator.
This is the end game. This video is completely generated, voice, face, motion, setting, based on a text prompt. Unlimited different videos can be generated and flood the media landscape. The truth is out there, somewhere.

Well that's dystopian as fuck
I find it highly amusing that people are bitching about self-custody when 99% of you HAVE BEEN USING CUSTODIANS FOR NEARLY YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. I guarantee you've kept most, if not all of your fiat in a bank and not under your mattress.
Custodians will exist. Self-custody for the masses is so far off and there are far too many people who just do not or will not have the mental capacity to fully self-custody their Bitcoin.
Get over it. In the meantime, there will be custodial solutions that can be beneficial until the masses are educated better and/or self-custody becomes stupidly easy.

And dentures.
It would be neat if wallets gave you the option to forward sats if sent to a particular address.
100% agree for the most part.
I am just very hopeful that it becomes easier and easier to self custody as the years pass.
The idea would be still to decentralize in that local area, with some sort of "alert" system when one is in need of immediate assistance. The others can approach stealthily.
A part of me thinks that many like-minded people should converge in a local area for the sole purpose of having a community that is willing to protect each other from the "law" when the "law" tries to come after them for the enforcement of those stupid/immoral "laws".
Of course, logistics issues.
Unfortunately, that's just the tippy top of the iceberg. It's prevalent throughout the legal system and not just in America.
Let's do IRS legal definitions:
"person" [26 USC 7701(a)(1)] - commercial entity and/or their employees
"trade or business" [26 USC 7701(a)(26)] - the performance of the functions of a public office
"employee" [26 USC 3401(c)] - an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States, a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of any one or more of the foregoing. The term “employee” also includes an officer of a corporation
All of which are misapplied to 99.9% of men/women in the US to make you think the tax code applies to you
It literally is. Definitions of words are constantly changed, especially legally.
Start watching Archaix you'll find out.
Mistakes = learning.
Quitting = failure.
Do not live a fear based life. It is crippling and makes you easily pliable. Safety is not virtuous.
Comfort with the inevitability of isolation or death brought me to this point.
This is why I'll be stockpiling more ammo soon
Sounds like fuckery afoot.
Just started listening to this book the other day and I appreciate a lot of his takes.
