I’m in. Been totally off sugar and hitting the gym regularly until about 3 weeks ago. Since then it’s I’ve cream almost every day and maybe 1/4 of my gym days. I have excuses, but who doesn’t? Let’s get #nosfit.

I lift every day. It is the only method of stress relief that has ever worked for me. Also do it so I can help fight off the robot overlords when AI takes over. Maybe I've watched the Matrix one too many times... who knows?
