Why are so many people following this random account (I assume a bot) that posts the same thing in all caps thousands of times?

That account used to post memes which is probably why people followed it. Haven't seen it in my feed for a while so I either muted or it's getting blocked as spam by amethyst

You're right. Somehow the bot hacked the WoT. Its profile is deceiving. These appear to be legit follows. I probably can't see it in Amethyst because its flagged as a bot.
