Gardening. No matter how small the garden is, there is still an infinite amount of work to be done. It's a cross between meditation and playing a videogame.

Smoking meats, cracking my first beer at 8am, and listening to music while sitting on my porch looking at nature.

A swim in a cold ocean feels amazing. I'm on a high for hours afterwards

Running for me to be honest. 🏃‍♂️

Reading,walking,sauna

Right now I am making wooden kitchen untensils from some soft wood, which I found in the firewood pile. Normally my go-to is walking.

Cycling

I bought a dilapidated barn in the middle of nowhere and I love it more than I thought possible. Growing a food garden, sitting by the fire, staring at the Milky Way, a bath in collected rain water by candlelight, waking to the birds. I love jumping over the boredom barrier. Takes me a day, then the 2D addiction falls away and I can’t get enough 3D body feels

Guitar

Hurling. Bag of about 12 sliotars (hurling balls) and puck them over the bar from different distances and angles

Walking the dog

Walking, reading, basketball, gym workouts..

Sit outside with no stimulus but the world around me. It works at night or day. It helps that I live in a national park.

Smoking a pipe.

hiking, move legs!

Running: humbling for the soul, soothing for the spirit.
