Just discovered you can air fry eggs. Reinstating them into my anti-fry-pan, animal-based lifestyle immediately. Very hyped.

what happens to them when you air fry??
They turn into standard hard boiled eggs! 270deg for 17 minutes should do it. And an ice bath after so they’re easier to peel.
At sea level (boiling point at 100°C), you get hard eggs in boiling water in 12 minutes.
I really don't see the point boiling eggs for longer at higher temperatures at a higher energy cost.
There is no point! Just another way if it works for you. And easier cleanup in my opinion too.
Plus I’m constantly air frying steaks haha
Testing zaps for this note… we made six attempts to⚡zap this note, using your lightning address starting with "bitcoinconmanolito", over a period of about 3 hours. Zero of the zaps were successfully paid... Your server did produce invoices, however, we were unable to successfully pay the invoices. It may be that your node or wallet service was offline at the time we attempted the zaps. The actual error we got was 'route not found'... which is an unfortunately vague error that Lightning payments sometimes produce. This means our payment node could not find a path to your node. (It could also be that your node was online at the time of payment, but did not have sufficient inbound capacity to receive payments.) We recommend that you use a always-on, cloud-based Lightning node to get more reliable zaps.
Strange, my node has been online 24/7 the last days, and unless your zap was for a ridiculous large amount 😆, it has enough inbound liquidity.
This is an interesting test case. We just tried to zap you again using Yakihonne and got a similar errror message. Can you look at your node to confirm your inbound channel is online? Did an LSP provide the inbound channel, or?
It really looks like a Lightning routing issue... can you also provide a 1 satoshi invoice, we can try paying that too
you're right, i am also seeing a routing error when trying to receive an invoice payment. Any clue on how to solve the problem?
Good! The first step is to reliably reproduce the problem 😃 ... So, the next thing is, look at channels to your node.. which nodes are these channels with (if you don't mind telling)... and how much inbound liquidity is there? You are running Alby Hub, right? Are you self-hosting or using Alby Cloud? BTW here is our guide on inbound capacity... https://rizful.com/docs/balances-and-capacities#inbound-capacity
I am self hosting an alby hub, I get the liquidity through several lsps and the health indicator is 100%, so I guess that's not the problem. I am querying alby support. Thanks for the heads up.
Self hosting. Could be your internet connection is intermittent.... Is one of the LSPs "Megalith LSP"?
my Internet connection is ok. Megalith is one of my lsps, that's correct.
we run megalith LSP, so if u give us an invoice we can try to pay it directly from the LSP, that can be an interesting test and we might get a useful error message
Here you are.

Interesting, we just paid that successfully directly from Megalith LSP. Do you have a lot of other channels? Actually, that shouldn't matter... lightning routing should be able to find the "working" channels. Give me another invoice and let me try paying it from a few hops away....

Do you by any chance have a MIX of private and public channels in Alby Hub? https://guides.getalby.com/user-guide/alby-account-and-browser-extension/alby-hub/faq-alby-hub/should-i-open-a-private-or-public-channel#id-3.-what-channel-should-i-open-then "It is not recommended for a node to mix private and public channels. While all channels can send and receive funds, having both public and private channels can cause private channels to struggle with receiving satoshis."
We were NOT able to pay this invoice from a 3rd node... my guess is that you might have both public and private channels, which Alby Hub doesn't deal with very well, I think...
Double check. I did receive this payment. I am still getting routing errors in my own tests though.
nope. I've got 3 lsp channels, all private.
also if you send us a DM with the public key of your node we can look up the channel and see if we see anything interesting
btw, when is the last time you restarted your node? that can often fix weird edge cases
Innovator
Thought about trying this. There is a formula to keep the yolk runny, I just don't know it yet.
Are those crispy enough 😂
Why don’t you like frying them? Lard, tallow or butter not in your diet? No cast iron where you are at? Bacon grease is just the best in my opinion, but to each their own… genuinely curious. 🧐
All fair points. For me it’s purely cleaning convenience. Easier to toss the foil than wipe out a pan.
As a trucker I can totally relate! I use more ziplock bags now than I ever did. Even with my wife rinsing and reusing the gallon bags of cheese sticks she cuts for me… the meat bags, sausages, bacon, pulled pork, sausage balls, burgers… those all only get used once though.
I’ve tried to strike a balance between pure convenience and reuse multiple times. Easy to clean out vs wastes too much of my wife’s precious time!
