What's the best alternative to Sparrow Wallet?

Docs not being updated is a huge red flag? Seems pretty common to me, especially for software updated so often. Before sparrow, I used electrum and another one with a red ghost icon. Can't remember it's name but I quit it caus it was buggy
Lack of attention to detail is the red flag. We're talking money here, not some RPG.
If the quick guide is sloppy, (steps, labels, display order, etc do not match reality), then I can't trust that they're magically organized and sensible "under the hood" when it comes to code, updates, etc.
It's just FOSS things. You can edit the docs and submit a PR. You'd be fixing it for the next person.

I understand why you're saying, but to be fair, lots of excellent, highly-competent developers are terrible at documentation and technical writing. In companies with enough money, the job of writing documentation is someone completely different from the people who actually developed the product. Point is, insufficient or poor documentation isn't automatically a sign of a poorly developed product.
First, there's a difference between poorly written docs and docs that have incorrect information.
However, let's look at the product. The menus are truncated, and there's a black line that appears when my mouse hovers over some controls that appears to be a malformed tool tip.
The UI of the product is reflecting the same lack of attention to detail as the documentation.
I agree, but I thought we were talking about documentation and technical writing. You seem to be talking about UX issues.

Well, Sparrow has a great reputation, and is trusted by quite a few people. But if you're looking for an alternative, Electrum may be worth a look. It's an on-chain and Lightning wallet that's as full-featured as they come. You can run a full Lightning node with it. I believe it supports hardware wallets, but I haven't personally used that functionality so I can't really comment on that. Electrum has been around since 2010 or 2011, and is relied on by many bitcoiners. It's at least worth a look.
