Idk I tried like 10 times and failed

Really? So I’m good to just keep smoking nicotine and weed forever ?

Nice.

as yer architect; in as much as the balance between lungs and psychological balance is mediated... i know it has making habit "one could make responsible habit"

I ask myself this question a lot. Good luck, man.

Astrology bro it’s not ur fault

go to a limpia with a shamn if so

we're always poisoning us!!

the battle upfront is at "the choices" of poison

DAMN WELL YOU CAN CHOSE!

🤯🤯🤯

Have you read Atomic Habits?

Yep a few times great book!!!

Parasite cleanse? (And heavy metal detox?)

if so, get you ass into a temazcal, utxo man

go thru the seven levels

It's called an addiction, bud

It becomes a way of life

It's just gonna suck for a while and then you'll be fine.

Be more stubborn than your urges 👊

Ive found quitting anything is much easier with a change of environment for a week or two. Go away - leave the habit at home - co me back - profit 🫂

You are so kicking this habit.

STRANGE ENERGIES FROM SPACE.

Dopamine pathways are a bitch

👆

Seriously. I did a "dopamine detox", where I just unplugged from social media, watching BTC price, news, and just coded on a project for a few weeks.

Maintaining focus that first was was hard af. But it got better over time.

I'm more balanced these days, but the crazy part?

When I went back to peek at X, it was just....I don't know....too much. Too much in your face.

It felt "loud".

Something I would have never realized had I not taken a long break.

I had a similar experience a few months ago. Those channels opened up again and it was overwhelming, I felt my head tingling from it. Detoxing is definitely worth it, especially to cut through brain fog

Cave man brain. Keep fighting the good fight!

It serves two purposes: it helps you temporarily cope with the harshness of reality, which can be addictive, and it guides you toward the "afterlife," allowing you to be free from the pain of living.

It makes you wonder what's been mixed with the tobacco. It's the only mass-produced consumable in the US that is not required to list ingredients.

Keep punching back, and it will get weaker and weaker*.

(It get's a power-up after 30 days when it's down to a wimper; don't let that catch you off guard)

Hope you're staying strong. It gets easier

Checkout the carnivore diet. You're carb addicted and everything else follows.

try

field horsetail - equisetum arvense

(a plant)

It has nicotine and helps you dose it down

and I bet it already grows near you, because mother nature wants to help you

😉
