What happened to your knee?!
i still really have no idea, but ever since the second day of #frogwalk it was aching really bad, especially after long walks
been on a conditioning and recovery exercise routine for a week now, let's see how it goes 💜

Heel slides - sets of 20

Sit to stand - set of 10 (no hands)
Leg ups - set of 10 (hold for 5 secs)
Knee squeezes set of 10 (hold for 5secs)
Sitting marches -set of 20
Bike riding (12mins -3miles)
Swinging (on a swing, not at a party 😉)
Sag ( 2 mins) -place heel on elevated service while sitting flat on floor or table and hold , can also apply pressure)

the current plan is to finish the recovery routine, then go back to the physio and hopefully get an MRI if possible

Well, my personal issues were breaking both ACL in two different episodes while playing volleyball.. and I got operation to reconstruct them both times.
A lot time spent looking at them 😅.. jokes apart, after years of personal reading and studying (after I become a coach) I understood the problem originated and started from poor ankles and flat feet, so incorrect posture and knees alignment etc etc..
A lot of foot and lower body work, and barefoot shoes sinxe then.. can see and feel so many improvements 💪
