I have come to conclude that racism today is more of a governmental politically loaded and created issue to set us up against each other.
There is nothing wrong with expressing what or who you feel comfortable with as an individual, only this way another indivual is informed about your preferences and may even challenge them or prove them wrong trough conversation.
We're naturally uncomfortable with what we don't know. We can keep it this way or start to investigate and learn a thing about other peoples ways.
My believe is that no-one is born a racist. But we are all born ignorent and uninformed, dealing with what we know.
Wokism is trying to "inform" society from a top down aproach that rasism is a thing to be concerned about. Ignoring the individual's capacity to think and rationalise themselves.
Wokism is extreme leftism and forcing a fixed ideology upon the people. The issue is not the narrative (racism, gender,), but the few who want to control the many through forcing ideology upon them.
Fuck the totalitarians, be yourself and do what you think is right.
These days I really do think that racism can only rise to prominence from state sponsorship; statism by proxy. No coincidence that people who tend to that bias highly prefer autocratic regimes.
Over the holidays, I saw a plastic statue of a black Santa Claus in a shop. Giving Santa black skin does nothing to bridge any cultural gaps--they're just turning everyone into white people. That gave me another clue to what wokism is trying to achieve

Indeed!
There is no one-way top-down fix to solve all problems, it will only result in many more unintended consequenses.
Like we see with all the wars now or what we saw with the COVID mandates insanity... Or take all socialist/communist regimes which never worked in the past, all failed, but we can always try to do the same thing all over again and expect different results.
Also the definition of insanity (Einstein)
