Favorite hearing loss?

Bose are hard to beat

So far, Bose

Loud music

bose quiet comfort. been going strong for 7+ years. replaceable earpads for when they wear out.

Fiat noise…Bitcoin!

I just bought the Bose QuietComfort Ultra. They are over-ear (non Ultra is on ear) and you can customize the amount of noise cancellation with the app. It gives me a headache on full NC but half NC in my custom setting is perfect.

Bose are best at cancelling out the noise. Sony if you are willing to sacrifice some sound cancelling for crisper audio.

Sony WH1000-XM3

Sony WH-1000XM5

facts

Those who know, know.

Sony WH-1000XM5

Ya that's what I meant to spell 🤣

You should specify if you like over the ear or ear bud type because personally they have different uses.

Bose quiet comfort ultra headphones. They fit really nice too for working out

Airpods… sorry

Beats are the best ones I've found so far. The battery lasts, the mic is solid and they charge super fast. 16 hours a charge or something like it. I have whole ass days where I don't turn em off and they haven't died on me yet.

sennheiser momentum 4

Samsung Level for me

Just be deaf, bro. Just kidding. I have some older Sennheiser ones that work well. They probably have even better models now. Probably a lot more competitors too.

Say it straight

I’ve always heard that AirPods Pro are best at cancelling noise. However, if I had an android, I would get something else. I use my AirPods under earmuffs at work in a 90-110 dB environment. They work great.

Doing your own research will help cancel the noise.

well done

Sony XM 4

Sordin supreme pro x. For the range

Sony WH-1000XM4 for over ear, AirPods for in ear, both if you wanna be a rebel

They sound good but break easily and are near impossible to fix. Mine broke after a year, meanwhile my PXC-550's from 2017 are still going strong, cost $100 less and only needed a battery replacement.

The XM3’s did break on me after a couple years also. But I liked the quality and feel a lot and I got the XM4’s promising myself that I’ll take better care of them this time

I wish your headphones a long life. I will never buy headphones from Sony because they wouldn't cover the failure under the warranty, despite them breaking inside of the case, and showing them a photo that clearly demonstrated that the part was defective (it had air-pockets where the breakage occurred, shoddy injection modling)

Bose

Do you need them to fit over a fedora or nah?

Bose 900

Nothing that microwaves your brain

the new stuff from sony

Bose QC35 II

Second these. There may be better options out there, but these have worked well for me for over 6 years.

I sometimes wonder whether there is an actual upgrade out there. And then I realize these are already fantastic.

Sennheiser 550. I think they might be discontinued, but if previous products are any indication their new offerings should be great.

Apple AirPods Max

Pixel buds pro. Only complain is the whizzing sound when cycling fast.

AirPod pro 2, but those are mind controlling!

Fiat noise…Bitcoin!

AirPods 4 NC are really convenient. Just bought mines and I’m pretty happy.

The ones Emirates airlines have in 1st class!

Seems like a good choice

Either real noice canceling (cheepest). If "active" I have only experienced two brands that can really do the job: Bose and B&O.

What's the intended purpose?

I really like AirPods & have bought several pairs after I lose one/them but they will fall out a few times a day. I would like a brand that stayed on/in.

Ones that don’t allow people to illegally record them.

Sony wh-1000xm5

Had them for two years & love them

Bose

For comfort and overall quality nothing beats Bose.

For powerful noise canceling Sony.

For good noise canceling but amazing Music fidelity B&O, with Apple Airpods Max.

The sony and Bose are badass, I give edge to Sony in music quality

The newest air pods.

I fought it for so long.

But they’re amazing.

Let me know what you choose. I need a new pair for work

Was pretty impressed trying the

SONY WH-1000XM4 🎧

some months ago in a tech shop; also I loved the design and that they are oval not round. Downside was, that they felt a little bit to big for women.

Discman circa ‘98. Best headphones ever.
