1) The dollar is much more evil than shitcoins. It's powered by violence and will likely depreciate faster than shitcoins during bull markets. 2) You can convert the shitcoin to BTC easier with less KYC than you could a dollar bill.

AOKP WAS MY JAM! That's what I ran all the time as my daily. I'd usually be at parties in college installing new ROMs being the meme that they don't know how cool AOSP is.

The MIUI UI was just a bit too different for my taste. I remember Paranoid's name but can't remember much about the mod itself. I also liked CarbonROM later but shortly after that probably stopped messing with them when I started using more Samsung devices. Those jerks made it a PITA to do anything fun.

I believe you should have write access on most of my relays. If you don't I'll make sure you do.

wss://relay.goodmorningbitcoin.com - personal favorite because it's WoT based and follows every host/guest from GoodMorningBitcoin.com so good signal

If you want your own I'm happy to do that for you too! :)

Whoa huge update from nostr:npub1zmc6qyqdfnllhnzzxr5wpepfpnzcf8q6m3jdveflmgruqvd3qa9sjv7f60 on GRAIN that I missed. This is super cool!

Backup Relay Support: Introduced a new feature to configure a backup relay. When enabled, Grain will send stored events to this backup relay after successfully storing them in the main database. This allows for seamless rebroadcasting to other personal relays or blaster relays, facilitating broader event dissemination.

Support for Nostr Mutelists: Introduced the ability to consider one or multiple pubkeys' nostr mutelists as blacklists. This allows the relay to dynamically block events based on mutelist data, adding another layer of event filtering.

Anytime you get rid of slavery tokens is a smart move

I'd prefer a shitcoin over a dollar

Bengals should be walking out of Baltimore with a win. Horrible calls. #NFL

Google just sucks.

My Pixel 7 Pro's touchscreen went out so I finally broke down and bought a Pixel 9 Pro XL to replace it. The screen started going out days after the Pixel 9 launch promo ended so I was determined to hold out for Black Friday deals. That was until Google sent me an offer for $150 off for being a Google One member. Last year Google only offered $150 off for Pixel devices on Black Friday so I figured I'd pull the trigger. I order myself a new Pixel 9 Pro XL and was excited to get it in.

Yesterday I see that Google has opened a new promotion for Google Play Gold members to get 30% off ($360)! I open a support ticket and see if they'll just apply the new promotion to my account and let me get the added savings. They refuse and say I'll need to refuse shipment when it arrives and reorder. Frustrating but ok.

Today the phone was set to arrive and I waited to get it canceled to be ready to order again. After not hearing a knock from anyone I check my email to see that it's been delivered and FedEx marks PERLICH as the signature. I immediately contact support to see why and they say they'll need to wait 24 hours to file a lost ticket if it's not there. I then ask if they can't just update the promo again and once again told no.

Google, a company that promotes carbon neutrality, would rather ship an empty box across the country, return a phone across the country and then ship the exact same phone model across the country instead of updating a database. Hypocrites at best.

While I've often ran my own servers for some things I've been a Google apologist for years and still subscribed to a number of their services for convenience. After this incident I've been given the push I need to make sure I don't give those assholes another sat worth of my value.
