Audio is awesome. But it surly depends on how important and numberous the diagrams and charts are. But I take a wild guess, that the explanation and conclussions you provide are farmore important and insight enough.
So personally I prefer Audio, since I drive around a lot. Thats where 90% of my "reading" is done :) Otherwise I would "read" much less.
I'm curious why you dont get enough? But I know that this can be hard for good reasons & stupid ones alike. Menthal health, workoverload or taking care of other people.
But hey, you just started your spiral upwards again :D
My Tipp would be to eat a big breakfast with lots of fat & protein. Like some eggs with bacon. Fat & protein will give you the most energy. And whatever you do in the morning, does not matter how bad your day goes, noone can take that win away :)

Maybe we also need more hardship in life to filter out who's worth his salt and who is not. Its easier to tell, who the cowards are when the barbarians are at the gate and your little village has to fend for themselves.
This easy life makes it possible that noone, not even oneself gets put to the test enough or regularly. Thats convinient, but the price is to find out when something bad happens that noone can ignore.
Like a war or a pandemic...
And one painful part is to learn how to deal with loved ones who turned to the dark side😅

We never have enough time...Especially when trying to #workout and get some change. Two times a week is the sweet spot. If I sugest more I'm unrealistic. Aint nobody got time for that!
Well, you surley have 1min a day for one set of anything like a few #squats or #pushups for a #morningroutine? Again, it's so hard for people to do this.
If you train once or twice a week, you classicaly will do your one beginner exercise with 3 sets. Thats 3-6sets total of situps or squats for example.
With 1min a day, doing just one set in the morning you allready have 7sets total. More than doubled the work you did for that particular muscle/area.
This is an easy win. You have the time. Do it!

No pain. Yes, it's due to a slight scoliosis. According to my doc its so minor, that I can ignore it. But I guess thats the cause.

I often forgett I have this since the is no perceived problem other than the optik which I dont see anyways. Its a weird problem to have, where I dont even know if its beneficial to isolate the less developed area.
