You want a, more or less, sterile intestine with a colon full of good, butyrate-producing bacteria.

I think what I'd do is take their 1-2 capsules first thing in the AM, then stick with meat and fruit in the day (avoiding starches for increased motility), then take a lemon ginger shot with 10 min rested chopped garlic after dinner.

That should seed the colon while keeping the upper intestine safe.

Folks who need it usually have screwed up motility, which tends to defeat most of the delayed release mechanisms.

I like having prebiotics delivered together with probiotics, and I like their choice of (nonfermenting) prebiotics.

The delayed release approach is novel. I wonder how well it works.
