Its a translation tool developed by nostr:nprofile1qqsrgyzdaheuckfksqkgxz9r6qys72zh6j46f69hyzkv4a4j4vzfj6gppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0hudmam; works surprisingly well
Offline or online? Paid or free? Do they keep all the translated messages safe or can they sell them to AI operators and ad businesses? Lots of these services only exist to sell the data. Translating private DMs would be an issue.
Whats kagi translate?
You can disable by language. Because even if they are not as good, a translation from say.. Arabic.. is always better than no translations.
Yeah, we have no fix for that yet. The AI we use must run on the phone and the current model is quite outdated. To my knowledge, there are no replacements yet.

How would that work? When you are looking at the global feed of that relay, you have a + button to post there?
My wife said that the tiger is me as a boyfriend and the donkey is me as a husband.
I am not mad.
I think they are using the same as nostr nests, no?
Is that a challenge?
What's a relay set timeline? Just a bunch of relays in Global?
People trying to taste wonders of bitchat, me here just showing Amethyst off

Pollerama is on the list.
Now that outbox is (mostly) out of the way, here are the next major tasks we have ahead of us:
- New text parser/renderer
- Add Pokey, kill our push notification server
- Add local DB for long term storage
- Add support for NostrNests with join
- Add support for bitchat, MLS and pollerama
- Add full NWC wallet
- Add support for Nostr Cashu wallets
- Add post scheduling
- Add Contact Cards with private follows
- Add Follow List management
- Add Algo relay support
- Add local WoT support
- Rebuild the profile screen
- Rebuild the thread screen
- Migrate Quartz to Multiplatform KMP with a separate project per NIP
Did I miss anything?
Amethyst, Coop, 0xChat, Coracle, Flotilla, NoStrudel
Left side on the relay section itself, inside the relay settings page.
What we have seen on nostr is that Spammers tend to have more pow than actual users.
Or with just reuse, nickname matching, timestamp mapping.. there are so many ways to deannonimize things
How much is it draining more? We tested on a few phones and then extra battery was minimum. Mine was like 2% extra per hour of use. What do you see there?
Nah.. that's is just half-ass solutions that don't actually bring all media in kind 1. It will be confusing why some posts are shown to users and some are not.
Pow doesn't work. Spammers have more pow than any user.

Hashtag follows. It's migrating from the old design
The goal is to now have separate globals for each relay.
Why? We already have a solution in outbox client. We don't need any of this.
I am not even sure if a way exists without leaking your keys out. Many people have tried. They all failed.
Sir, why are we quoting with nostr screenshots???
Then just do it because a decentralized list is better than a fixed one. Otherwise, you don't even need nostr for fixed servers.
Ok, I've added a broadcast relay as suggested by nostr:nprofile1qqsda2memtapc2lykjnd8t9px4ake2stw39lg6k49xj6u3jz3pteu6qpz9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejj7qg3waehxw309ahx7um5wghxcctwvshszxmhwden5te0wahhgtnydamku6tndah8g6r9w4czucmp9uwezsfz. It seems to be working now.
Thank you!
Interesting. You didn't change any other list, just the broadcast?
It could be the way we upload. The 200mb goes to memory first to get a hash and verify later. Which means that there is a bunch of memory being created and deleted. Primal probably doesn't check hashes on the upload since it is their own service.
About 20 relays direct. The others are via socks on Tor, which is also running.
Testing the new performance. 300 relays connected, decrypting 15000 DMs, playing video, and loading stuff in the feed. All at the same time on a 2-year old pixel 8.
Phones are beasts.
