#yana
I haven't used Yana in a while and the improvement is great. I love the progress and having multiple wonderful clients.
Yeah, I'm using AntennaPod until fountain is better for what I use it for. I was a DoggCatcher user for years, but it went unmaintained and I had to switch. Still miss it a bit.
I had this same experience but on Android. I figured the iOS version was better. It has lots of cool things, but until the basics just work and there aren't breaking glitches I can't switch to it. I try to check back occasionally as they are hopefully fixing these issues.
I don't trust arweave's economic claims, but in theory that is what it does. One could do a pool via nostr and swap to AR (via thorchain?) to push the content. Maybe...
If women have suffrage, #1 is part of the job.
It would probably require a hard fork to allow a portion of funds to be moved based on address type and time. This spending would only be allowed to subsidize moving further through some unknown mechanism. It isn't a transaction tax, but more like the network taxing unused assets.
Nic Carter has an idea toward that end, I'm not sure it he ever wrote it up. Basically tax unused utxos after some time to keep the mining rewards higher for longer. The complexity and push against tax probably makes this DOA, but interesting still.
why isn't strike app available on nostr:nprofile1qqs83nn04fezvsu89p8xg7axjwye2u67errat3dx2um725fs7qnrqlgzqtdq0?
this while be fun, I'll try to join if this happens again
I agree, freedom is a necessary precondition to virtuous ends, but it it the end in and of itself.
I'm pretty libertarian, but I think freedom is sometimes overly fetishized. Freedom to do what? Sometimes I think libertarianism can devolve into libertinism very easily if there isn't a backing ethic to prevent it.
Ok, that makes sense. The whole women submit thing is basically an extension of childhood then. I can probably agree with you that this is bad. I will think on this more, because maybe my framework for understanding is flawed.
I just think there is a burden on submission (i.e. loss of full autonomy) as well as a burden of leadership (i.e. responsible for others). Again, only arguing in principle, you do you.
I don't disagree with you, most pushing this are scumbags. However I think submission does not equate to servitude. I'm not trying to convince you to want to submit, but that some women (and men) find it appealing.
yeah, probably. I love all your stuff, so if it fits on my phone and doesn't destroy my battery, i'm in.
make sure to set limit as well. you probably did though so I'm not sure the problem.
