Tyranny is not “left” or “right” but the treatment of individuals as fungible parts of a group.

yeah, it’s an understandable overcorrection to bad mass immigration policies and wokeness run amok.

Racism isn’t wrong because leftist scolds will cancel you over it, it’s wrong because it’s a false understanding of the world, a form of collectivism and group-think.

Also racism isn’t saying the wrong word or making an off-color (pun intended) joke. It’s ceasing to see humans as individuals who possess consciousness (God) and the capacity to choose, no matter their ancestry or country of origin.

Separate this basic fact from the scourge of unchecked, unvetted mass illegal immigration which is so obviously a problem, and you can advocate for sane policies without reverting to long-repudiated race collectivism.

We don’t want people who can’t follow the rules of an open western society not because they are from County X or are of Race Y, but because they won’t follow the rules. If someone of X and Y is willing to follow the rules, and go through the process of demonstrating that, I am happy to have them wherever I live. But property vetting them is not a trivial matter, and there should be no excuses made or pity admissions granted, barring that.

You don’t have to turn into a racist ideologue to want sane policy. Correct for the excesses of the last five years, but don’t overcorrect into your own collectivist dystopia.

Instead of each person simply being defined as a part of the state collective, you are defined as part of a race collective.

I’m not a Christian, but I believe Jesus was a manifestation of God. I also think the Buddha was too. I think everyone is potentially, but our true natures are obscured by ignorance.

I might be wrong about this, as I’m only a person, and humans are fallible. The only thing I know for sure is other people are also humans and don’t know anything for sure, either, no matter how much certainty they profess. In fact, there’s probably a correlation between certainty and ignorance.

The race-communism of the left is being replaced by the race-statism of the right. It’s just a matter of which races get favored status.

It never occurs to them that the problem isn’t what race you favor, but to have a merit-based society with high standards that protects the civil liberties of the individual, rather than trying to squeeze him into a convenient collective.

Collectivism is the road to hell. Doesn’t matter who’s pushing it.

There is no political opposition because it’s not possible in the digital age. If you can be spied on remotely, not kicking in your door, not searching you on the street, the normie is not going to object. And even if the laws in place forbade it, the government would still spy on you remotely which is what nostr:npub1sn0wdenkukak0d9dfczzeacvhkrgz92ak56egt7vdgzn8pv2wfqqhrjdv9 revealed.

The good news is because *political* opposition is not feasible, *technical* opposition is happening via this very protocol. Every restriction they impose provides the impetus for the technologies that will circumvent them.

Posted this after the election, remember feeling so relieved at the time. Think Trump has made some missteps but overall he’s done a decent job dismantling some of the worst parts of the system (long way to go still, hard task.)

Biggest surprise for me is that after enduring so much insufferable scolding, collectivism and identity politics from the left for the last 10-20 years, I’d have to start hearing it from the right. Nowhere near as bad as the Biden years (yet), and hopefully we never get there, but human nature is human nature.

Anyway, I post my reaction below because my sense of relief at being liberated from this prison of ideology was so profound, and I would hate to find ourselves on the opposite side of the same coin four years from now.

Ha, I mentioned to her maybe we can trade him for that car for a few days, and she was not amused!

The gold standard for heavy metal detox, particularly mercury, which is the most poisonous of all the heavy metals, is the Andy Cutler Protocol.

It never got that popular because it’s slow, but it’s safe and it works, though it must be done exactly as prescribed (per the half-life of the chelators).

And you must remove (with the proper procedure) any amalgam (mercury) fillings via a dentist that knows how to do it safely prior to starting it.

Photo just reminded me — flying to Geneva in a couple days, looking for a nice resort nearby (within ~90 minutes of the airport) because wife had a falling out with the friends we were supposed to stay with (over the dumbest thing), and we figured why waste the tickets, let’s enjoy the last trip of the summer. Maybe a long shot, but wondering if the “Swiss Miss” any recommendations.

Yeah, this is the narrative you hear everywhere these days. It’s like the “white patriarchy colonizer” bullshit you hear on college campuses, but geared toward a different demographic. When everyone is reciting the same thing, good chance it’s just another psyop.

I think there is a core confusion and overreaction which has plagued the right or late. Illegal immigration is bad. Mass illegal immigration is worse. Unvetted mass illegal immigration of people who don’t share your values and don’t respect your country is the nut low.

I think the evidence for that is clear. But here’s where they overreact and lose the plot.

America is a country of immigrants. It’s the most prosperous country in the history of the world. People of disparate ancestry creating untold wealth for society, despite the parasites, corruption, etc. How is this possible?

Because the foundational axioms of the US (the constitution, rule of law, private property, etc.) were the best. You didn’t have India’s caste system, Europe’s strict class divisions, or the communist regimes. You had a system where the individual who applied himself could thrive (with notable exceptions.)

The solution to one’s country losing its core axioms upon which its prosperity depends is only to let in those who are willing to adopt them. You don’t need to worry about racial makeup or quotas, just values. You need to vet people, make the process simple bureaucratically but arduous in terms of demonstrating fitness. No vetting system is perfect, but a strong one will ensure the people who arrive believe in American values. Free speech, private property, civil liberties, etc.

If your religion or culture is antithetical to these things, and you are insistent upon it, that’s fine, but you’re not entitled to live in America. There’s no need to adopt the identity politics of the left. It’s just merit based and voluntarily.

I don't have my AlbyHub on it, not connected to client (Nostur mostly) I’m using.

Empty words. Humans are a collective. Fish are a collective. Any plural noun denoting living creatures is a collective.

Animals act according to instincts and the behavior of the herd. An individual chooses to have a family, to be part of a culture, to take on responsibilities, not because his ancestors did it, not because his peers are doing it, not because it’s expected of him, but because he values it.

I hope I’m in the minority because the majority of people are idiots who do whatever their tribe tells them to the point of injecting themselves and their children with pharmaceutical conglomerate poison.

Why would I blindly defend the culture of my forefathers, right or wrong? I am an individual, not a member of a collective. I will defend the culture of free speech and civil liberties of the US because I believe they are essential to human prosperity, not due to the accident of being American. A child inherits his values, but an adult must choose them.

I understand you believe Christ has a monopoly over truth, but you could very well be wrong, as you are just a man, and man is fallible.

Racial identity is of no importance IMO. Accordingly, there’s no need to get rid of it — be whatever race/ethnicity you are as unapologetically as you like, but it doesn’t matter. Your character and your choices matter.

I believe in reincarnation and assume I have been many races/ethnicities over millennia, this one is just the one I’m manifesting now.

(It also kills the argument for reparations because the slave owner might now be black, and the slave some rich white guy in their present incarnations. There is no requirement you reincarnate as the same race over and over again, so this is just temporary.)

I think Christianity is overwhelmingly a force for good in this world, despite the evils sometimes done in its name, but that’s just one view, one set of concepts and beliefs. There is no monopoly on Truth.

Won the men's Padel tournament today. Granted they paired me with Boris Becker (German guy who was good). But it validates my decision not to transition.

When I was 35, cholesterol was 240, doctor tried to get me on them. Didn’t know anything at the time but had the instinct that taking medication at 35 was not the way. But he certainly tried.

Don't like how they're going after Hillary Clinton for being "psycho-emotional" and on heavy tranquilizers. Killing that many people you know would take its toll on anyone.

Simple explanations are always enticing to people. It used to be: “saturated fat is bad” or “cholesterol is bad,” and people poisoned themselves for decades eating low-fat processed carbs.

Now the counter-narrative is simple: “carbs are bad”.

For me, I find it hard to believe that something that looks good, smells good, tastes good, grows on a tree and that’s been around for untold millennia, that bears and other omnivorous animals devour at every opportunity would turn out to be poisonous to me.

Coca-cola, box of Oreos, sure. But seems you’d have to be “educated” to worry about fruit, no one would be worried about it naturally.

Some things I would like to be able to build in no particular order:

1. A meta app that posts to and reads all social media sites of my choosing (check a box for each, have a default). I only via nostr extension log in once. It can also create a follows list from any social media so you curate for the best signal from any source, yet retain all your data and privacy.

2. An AL model that analyzes data — NFL games, market movements, etc. — and identifies anomalous results. When did the 10+ point underdog win outright, when did the company smash earnings, when did the bad team become good, the good team become bad, etc. that can discover the potential for surprises. A black swan conditions identifier, so to speak.

3. A dummy self-defense drone that can mimic sounds and lights of gunshots, a savage guard dog, etc. Someone comes to your door and a nasty-sounding rotweiler or pitbull starts throwing himself at the door and barking if it’s turned on.

4. A beautiful wood-carved box for your mantle in the entry way that has a cell-phone charger at its base (large enough for five phones) and a Faraday Cage built around the interior structure, so no signal can get in our out. You come into the house, drop off your phone, it remains charged for use when you leave, but it’s not spying on you or getting signal.

5. A real self-defense drone the size of a baseball that can be used as a blunt force object like a rock for potential invaders. Maybe 10 of them, controllable from your desktop if needed.

6. A portable, lightweight solar powered umbrella you can take to the beach or just outside on your lawn to create an outdoor workspace.

7. A powerful local AI you can manually update. Feed it personal medical information, add relevant studies, exclude captured sources, trim propaganda from it as you go.

8. A nostr-based home page where you can display all your posts, articles, media, curations, music, etc. The ultimate self-hosted web site that pulls in all your posts in one place no matter where else they show up.

9. A plug-and-play home music, video, podcast recording kit with optimal lighting and sound. An office-studio, so to speak with everything you need.

10. A dummy data-randomizer that can post fake personal details about you on various social media platforms to be picked up by search engines and sold to data brokers and by hackers with bogus addresses, emails and phone numbers where no one knows what the fuck is real and fake with respect to your personal information. Also would be good to be able to track in real time the “hits” to those addresses/numbers from scammers.

11. A dummy system with fake info behind Tor and a VPN with which you can click on any scam link without consequence and create useless leads for scammers. That way if you’re not sure you can just click away, check it out. Also software that generates fake conversations inside your phone so all the spyware is picking up 99% noise, no signal about you on your real devices.

12. A home lab kit you can use for various blood tests that doesn’t divulge your data. Basically the equivalent of a blood glucose monitor but that measures everything.

Whatever the prevailing narrative is around the issue du jour, it’s probably bullshit, and the way people are framing it is the way they were manipulated to frame it.

One solution is to think for yourself, but the better one is to decide what to think ABOUT for yourself.

Be like the Amish during covid who were not watching TV. You can’t comply with something if you don’t even know what you’re being asked to comply with.

Got to look at Google like those sky miles credit cards which I sign up for, extract the miles and cancel before the annual fee kicks in. On balance they are extracting your data, but you only give them the normie bullshit, you never search for anything private or important. Sure they know you wanted to buy a toaster or a pair of pants, they think you are a normie and they sell that inaccurate data to their partners who are misled by it.

Actually I never search google anymore anyway (I use DuckDuckGo and Brave which might also be bad and AI which might turn out to be worse), but again, only for the regular shit, never for the important stuff. I give my gmail address for run of the mill retail shit, never for anything sensitive.

In a way, the more they think they know about you, the less they actually know.
