Ben Patrick of ATG training a few years ago took over the world. Everybody has to catch up. Most of his stuff can be done simply at home.

Ever since I tore my meniscus I try to walk backwards up hill at least 3 times a week. Easiest way to keep the knees nice and lubricated.

1 mile walk backwards

1 hour mulched raspberry bed and strawberry bed.
