Check out Lofty Pursuits https://pd.net. They’re a small candy maker in Florida doing some of the most innovative stuff I’ve found in the space. They have a Wonka inspired “feast” with candied ham, sweet potato casserole, corn, and pecan flavors that are rad. Their recent foray into freeze dried candies has been inspiring and the Tupelo honeycomb they recently introduced is incredible. It’s sold out but I hope they’ll make more. Their email newsletters are fun and they’re passionate about candy. Great small business ☺️

I'd like to see is a fork of https://grayjay.app that strips out the polycentric identity garbage and replaces it with nostr. You could do web-of-trust with the comments or POW or by zap amount.

It already collates all the video sources together in one app so you could also have nostr as a feed/following source on there for video content.

This fork would be so rad!

Big deficit! Pay close attention for early signs of depression. Took me a while to realize the culprit when I was cutting a lot.

Required listening today 😝

Also a test to see if music player links create a preview on nostr.

lol. Yes. Totally misread the thread because in addition to the zaps issue in Damus I’m also dealing with NWC connecting to Olas. I think I saw Daniel has zap improvements in Damus on deck for the next quarter 🙏🏻

Hopefully nostr:npub1l2vyh47mk2p0qlsku7hg0vn29faehy9hy34ygaclpn66ukqp3afqutajft will get it resolved in the next release. Definitely sounds like a bug related to Alby NWC

I’m having the same issue. The connection successfully creates on the albyhub end, but Olas eternally spins at “getting balance”

Ha, right? This feels like the thing that we’re not supposed to talk about. Yet all of nostr is zaps zaps zaps. My next research is around why the Alby extension disappeared from Safari after being introduced last year. There are GitHub mentions of the feature but nothing about why it was pulled. For a company that seems to care so much about privacy (ie Advanced Data Protection end-to-end encryption) Apple sure does hinder newer types of digital experiences— Shenanigans! 🤪
