Everyone knows it from birth, but forgets it because we don't use it.

Because my friend has unfortunately very hard brain damage after this experience.

She ended up in the hospital and not any more able to be a part of society as she used to be. Her family, especially children and husband, can’t believe that such prominent person after experiencing this ritual lost her mind /physical health.

Nothing is better then cardio and functional workouts/ water sports and neurological exercises to restore your health, both mental and physical/your general wellbeing.

Some of my friends heavily and irreversibly damaged their health while experimenting with Ayahuasca.

TARCZYŃSKI MEP NIGHT APOLOGIES TO ME AND OPEN DIALOGUE FOUNDATION FOR DEFAMATION

On 3rd of Jan 2025 a Member of the European Parliament and candidate for the Law and Justice's would-be presidential election Dominik Tarczynski has published an apology for slandering me, Lyudmyla Kozlovska, and Open Dialogue Foundation.

His statement is the result of a final lost in court.

However, Tarczynski wrote it overnight in the hope that no one would see it while our profiles in X have been blocked by him.

Just to recall, Tarczynski in 2019 slandered us for money laundering from #Russia. He attacked us with same false slanders in while he was a Member of Parliamentary Assembley of the Council of Europe, and then in the European Parliament.

This slander was also affecting our rights for banking services in the #EU, financially excluding me, my family members and different entities connected with me.

The verdict in this case came down in the summer of 2022, and on 20 Dec. 2024 the Court of Appeal in #Warsaw rejected his whole application, requiring a compensation and the publication of such content:

'I, Dominik Tarczynski, apologise to Lyudmyla Kozlovska for infringement of her dignity and good name and to the Open Dialogue Foundation in Warsaw (Registration no. (KRS): 0000353754) for damage to its reputation and good name by disseminating damaging and untrue information about their participation in laundering of money coming from Russia during my appearance in the Deutsche Welle programme ‘Conflict Zone’'.

Certainly 10 000 PLN as compensation isn't enough to restore the reputation and damage caused by Tarczynski for the last 5 years.

We should put in place more effective accountability measures to stop these kinds of attacks, especially from state representatives in the Parliamentary Assembley of the Council of Europe and European Parliament.

There are too news:

1) I don’t think they stupid. They have an agenda. Since they don’t respond on my questions about merits, but jumping from the one topic to another topic of discussion. It is very well known technique of manipulation.

2) #nostr scales from #bitcoin bubble only. It is good but it also means bringing new challenges like bad actors/manipulators, infiltration of the community, etc.

Regimes will try to take advantage of bitcoin, nostr and its potential. We need to be ready to respond to this.

I see you guys live in the club of adoration: don’t provide any facts, jumping out from the initial topic of conversation because of lack what to say in defense of your position, and repeat endlessly old propaganda/nonsenses dismissed multiple courts in different jurisdictions.

I guess I answered your questions more than enough.

I know perfectly who occupied my home in Crimea and my friends homes in Donbas, Kherson, Mariupol. I perfectly know who took over my family business, destroyed my family, killed and rapped my friend’s family members.

They don’t even try to hide this.

You see, you are guessing, for you exist “if”. For me I have enough evidences both from the first hand of the family members and other witnesses.

This war touched every single person in Ukraine. There is no doubt, no if. The aggressor is not even hiding himself. So there is no if at all.

In my reality nothing is impossible until you stop defending and fighting for your rights.

Nobody is fighting for politicians. Soldiers perfectly aware about the level of corruption and annoyed by it. Soldiers defend their families, cities, streets, schools, neighborhoods. They defend their memories from childhood and future for their children. Politicians for the moment more concentrated on their wealth and trades.

Bitcoiners are the same soldiers, but defending against financial repression/ slavery. They don’t stop to develop just because politicians don’t want to grant them freedoms. Bitcoiners fight for their and many others human rights and I appreciate this. This is a reason why Im defending #bitcoin too and associate myself with community. As everywhere you can have strangers who will take advantage while doing nothing, but this is true for every single community and industry/country.

A lot of efforts were done on diplomatic side. But for sure can be done more, especially on the accountability side for gross human rights violations and weaponization of trust granted by western governments to the authoritarian regimes.

As always, there are multiple interests of many actors and it is normally those who has more determination, more knowledge /access for the information, including ability to abuse AML /CFT global law and resources win such sides. For this reason I see a threat for the western world, in the EU particularly, - it has approach not fight, but just disappear. In the US at least some percentage of people ready to fight back for their freedoms, not being colonized.

Russians dying because they came to rape, kill peaceful people. Ukraine didn’t attack russia. Opposite. And Ukraine should have a right to defend itself. If you for some reasons don’t want to defend yourself - it is ok and it is your choice.
