Christian, Husband, Father, HODLer / Homeschool and Bitcoin. Stacks Sats and Raise Family.

I wish more people would spend time talking in long form and less time spamming algorithms with bloviated and sensational material.

We can guess what he might be trying to say, but why he is saying makes zero sense. As does most the stuff this guy posts.

His statement is, ā€œDon’t worry friends, it’s not just your Federal Government sending your tax dollarsā€¦ā€

The still says, ā€œTennessee pays $282,385,875 in Federal tax dollarsā€¦ā€

ā€œStatesā€ don’t pay Federal taxes. So to say that Tennessee is paying Federal Tax dollars to Israel is nonsensical. States may chose to fund Israel (although they can’t have a foreign policy different than that of the Federal Gov), but they aren’t paying Federal taxes.

This is one of many many examples of him posting stuff just to be inflammatory and has no real concept of what he’s actually saying.

Lightening doesn’t support the miners. Mempool fees low is bad when your transactions are low. The security budget is low. I agree with everything you said, but that leaves miners incredibly unprofitable. See me previous post.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe all we have is a FOIA request showing the amount of BTC held in one very specific department of the executive branch. It does not state this is the entirety of the Federal Gov Bitcoin holdings. If so, why do headlines exist like this?

Marriage is a construct created by God. Meant emulate Christ and his Church. These are its roots. It’s not a tax break. This is what nostr:npub1rtlqca8r6auyaw5n5h3l5422dm4sry5dzfee4696fqe8s6qgudks7djtfs is getting at, I believe. That marriage construct is still being fulfilled by sinful and broken people, but if you’ll die to yourself, realize life is more than just about you, if you get out of your own way, there’s real life to be had. You’ll obtain that for yourself, your spouse, and you’ll demonstrate and teach it to your offspring. There’s nothing like it. Bitcoin makes this perspective so much easier to wrestle with when Dad works 1 job, mom stays home and raises the kids, and there’s time at the end of the day to enjoy one another and the community.

Thanks man. I appreciate the kind words. And good on you for taking the time to have a civil discourse around the topic. I believe truth matters (and it sounds like you do as well), that’s why I’m in Bitcoin. I expect headline pushing from main stream, but I feel like Bitcoin individuals ought to do better (I’m not referencing you, just in general). I have kids (4) as well (I see your profile picture) and we have our work cut out for us in teaching them to critically think and assess. Let’s do it together.

If you had read all the articles you posted, you’d know your just trying to feed your bias. There’s no citations of convictions or documents. All you’ve done is read headlines. You have no idea the actual case details as provided by the court. Step outside of your bias and learn. Don’t read headlines and post. Don’t be lazy.

Just so I understand your question, alternative to the Bitcoin base layer?

Tron holds the largest volume of stable coins and they subsidize their gas. That volume will move to Kaspa very soon. There is room for #Kaspa and #Bitcoin. Never sell your #Bitcoin. Operate daily in #Kaspa.

Always. Avid learner. That’s what led me to Kaspa. Store value in Bitcoin, operate on Kaspa. Easy.

Go look at Kasia.fyi. Just came onboard. Every text message is a transaction on the base layer. This will be the future of authentic communication.

Layer 2 not Bitcoin sats that don’t support the network? Yup. Heard of it.

Assuming you’re referencing Kaspa, how does it not?

This isn’t true. I’ve literally made hundreds of dollars over the years in BTC playing games from ZBD on IOS.

For sure. It is that, an anecdote. All I meant to say is that we’re speaking in generalities. I’m not sure that’s helpful, is it? (Not sarcasm, just a genuine question). If I apply negative generalities to another large segment of people, for example, white rednecks are racist… See my point?
