Any outdoor-safe water heating mining options you like? My current pool heater is natural gas powered but won’t last forever. I’d be interested in a mining option that can use the pool water as a heat sink. This would be used maybe 6 months of the year, as I can’t justify heating the pool through winter here.

We are all probably under different laws, but we use a Private Member Association to keep our dairy farmer and the milk drinkers above board.

None of my local stores have had much choice, and farmers markets in my area are nonexistent this time of year. I might make trip to whole foods next week though. I want to try that buried-halfway method too.

Absolutely. My older daughter has a part time job now. Gets paid in fiat- and that’s fine. But I’ve got her thinking through spending/giving/saving splits, and helping her take her saving bucket and move that into BTC. I think it will be a cool conversation with her years from now when she remembers about how she stacked sub-100k sats from her job serving ice cream. Or that’s my hope for her at least. 😂
Reminds me of the first school board meeting we attended- you look at the person next to you and wonder “am I crazy? Are you seeing what I’m seeing here?” It’s a frustrating clown show, but you realize it wouldn’t take much to overwhelm them and change direction.
We have the Sauna Space near infrared sauna set up now. Wonder if the exposure needs to be direct on the scalp, or just being in the sauna with less-direct exposure would be beneficial? I need to check into this more.
My kids a bit older now, so I didn’t have sats as an option. But you’re totally right- my kids would love it if the tooth fairy left a note with a transaction verification! We did one quarter for the first tooth, two quarters for the second, and so on. For some reason, in their minds, a stack of quarters feels like more money than a $5 bill. 😂
