Authored NIP-88 (polls), Made formstr.app , pollerama.fun, NRPC and other cool nostr things. Owns the color purple.

So much so I've built my complete home networking stack on it

Yggdrasil has worked for me really well, what issues did you face?

Where can I learn more about that? is the formstr client the best entry point to start investigating? https://github.com/abh3po/nostr-forms

So far I've (tangentially) discovered NRPC and your example nrpc_server - both of which are extremely interesting!!

Yep nostr-forms is the client, NRPC is awesome, theres an unmerged forms NIP:

https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/1190

I need to simplify the structure of the NIP so it doesnt scare away people, but if you leave the access control part out its fairly simple, similar to NIP-88, infect NIP-88 evolved from it.

Plebs.app is better than any decentralized YouTube alternatives I've come across. We just need more content

NIP-17 DMs on pollerama ? 🤔

Is anybody looking for a podcast guest? Id love to hop on and blabber

Interacting with the last few notes before I sleep, very thankful that nostr exists. This is the last few places in the world where hope still survives.

Ideally over nostr events, bidding, reverse bidding.

Im thinking of doing an experiment where i rent out a raspberry pi worth of server space on shopstr.store via yggdrasil, could even provide a sock5 proxy with limited bandwidth for package installation and further hosting and stuff 🤔

We can reduce cloud storage costs by a lot if we could build an easy market-place for buying and selling storage/cpu/ram on open decentralized markets, basically whatever FileCoin was trying to do without the shitcoinery.

I wasnt a bitcoiner when I started on nostr if I became one thats just a testament to bitcoin, should we force people to believe what is not true?

I run formstr.app which has nothing to do with bitcoin, except that you can buy custom URLs with it, but you'll also be able to do that with FIAT soon.

To the "bitcoiners" posting on X

Not sure really, it works decent for me, but I also use pollerama.fun and other clients so maybe I dont see it too often, maybe try to see if you're fetching stuff from tor? That slows things down as well.

GM powerful people

I get the sentiment, but thats not necessarily true, chatgpt got worse for a whole 😛

GM and happy Birthday nostr:nprofile1qqsr7acdvhf6we9fch94qwhpy0nza36e3tgrtkpku25ppuu80f69kfqppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qyghwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnhd9hx2tcpzamhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzv9hxgtcmuvweu !

Banning stuff is far less scwry than demanding apps to mandatorily exist

GM nostr, dont forget to..

My biggest problem with the knots vs core debate is that unlike the blocksize wars this cannot end in a fork.

Which means people are just going to endlessly squabble about this to eternity.

Sorry, didnt mean to demean brothels by association with you.

Are you sure? This is what I get with nak

Chachi.chat on incognito doesn't work as well

I had an audio technica, that i gifted to my friend as a parting gift, he needed it more than me, but those were some sweet sounds.

PSA: You don't need wireless headphones, wired ones work just fine, perhaps i dare say, even better in some situations.

So affirmitive action and DEI policies are a gold thing?

No but it does share common goals and does solve some problems, but not holistically, like services don't need DNS' to be hosted anymore. But its not like web clients can stop using DNS as a distribution mechanism. I think both things are taking steps in similar directions

These are all solvable at the clients level, but work needs to be done, backs need to be broken, it will either take time or money, or both.

You don't have to store a billion users interactions on the browser cache, just the users own or like 1~2 degrees of separation ?

Did you not get the exceeding 21million bitcoin part?

No one literally can ever have that kind of money. Its in the code.
