You can be eating right, exercising right, even meditating regularly. But if you have not learnt how to optimize your own breathing, you have not yet learnt how to optimize life itself.

I was fortunate enough to discover this by accident at age 30. A friend suggested I went along to a breathing course. Like a smart-alec I thought “I already know how to breathe, what’s the point?” but I went anyway out of curiosity.

What followed showed me that I knew how to breathe to survive, but not to thrive. And as a result, I was needlessly living with a lot of more stresses and a lot less freedom than I could have been

I was so amazed by the difference I felt, I decided then I wanted to teach it to others, so they didn’t have to wait as long as I did to find out how to optimize the conditions for life itself.

Your breath is an asset that everyone can self-custody without permission. But it does initially take a little training to use it optimally.

If you want to do something useful, build a distributed image hosting protocol instead of criticizing people who are supporting this one.

However, if such a service existed it would also open the floodgates to CP, snuff films, and any other atrocity you can imagine.

So, due to the recent enactment of the UK’s Online Safety act, we maybe forced to not serve any content to the citizens of UK (accessing from UK) if our AI determines that the content is unsafe or unscannable. It may also impact AU in the near future if people of AU will allow their government to continue on the current course. Don’t blame the messenger, the fines are ridiculous and impossible to fight. Alternative is similarly ridiculous, scanning your face by some third party to verify your age.

I have never met an anyone that is genuinely more productive with AI. They’ve definitely been faster at chiming out slop, though.

The job market for real coders is only going to grow because of all the ai slop code being produced.

I'm seeing more spam on Nostr these days. I always said from the start that Nostr will eventually turn into trash when we get more users and I still stand by that.

The only reason it's not noticable now is because Nostr is still small. The solution is simple. It should cost 3 Satoshi to follow someone, Who gets the Satoshi? the person being followed, the relay and the client.

If you dont pay those 3 Satoshi then you can't like, zap it follow or interact with any profile.

That would be a massive first step to obliterate spammers. Spammers wouldn't pay.

The spam is ruining nostr. X is trash because of the spam and bots.
